In Grafton we had a bad windstorm in June, I contacted Jason Kaczur for an inspection. He was very professional and willing to work with me and my insurance company. After walking me through the details of the process, I was able to contact my insurance company and the approval/check was printed on-site. The contractors showed up 2 weeks later to start at 7am!! They worked all day and left at 8pm with the roof complete picking up every piece of trash and nail from the job. We couldn’t have been happier with Jason and his Roofer team. Thank you so much for the hard work and diligent explanation of the process. It felt like a personal experience from day one and very responsive!

I just bought my first house and was told the roof was only 2 years old. When I was preparing to paint, I discovered a bubble between the paint and dry wall. As the rain fell, the bubble slowly got bigger. After some investigating, I learned that the previous owners had a similar issue when the new roof was installed, and stated the company repaired it. So I called Great Roofing and Restoration, and they sent one of their project managers by the name of T. Hackney. He completed a full roof inspection and examined the area of concern. He new exactly what the issue was, explained it to me, and fixed it! He was super courteous and professional. The job was done in about 10 minutes or so. Now I can continue to paint and enjoy my new home worry free, thanks to Great Roofing and Restoration.

I just had wind damage to my roof in November. I called Great Roofing and Restoration in late January to come out and take a look. Chuck Rosiu responded quickly, and got everything covered for me through my insurance. He stayed in contact with me frequently through the entire process, and kept me up to date on everything that would be happening, and everything I should expect. It is now March 14th. My roof was finished yesterday. It only took the company a day and a half to completely tear off, and replace it. I would highly suggest anyone to go with this company. And definitely ask for Chuck.

Saw our neighbors roof being installed and we liked what we saw. We asked the company (Great Roofing) to do a roof inspection and give us an estimate. The young man we worked with through the entire process was outstanding. Adam Beres was knowledgeable and took time to answer all questions. He was there for each step, from the insurance inspections to scheduling, helping us move stuff that needed to be moved, cleaning up after the job. He went above and beyond to help us in so many ways. He responded to any calls or texts in a very timely fashion. We always felt that we were working with someone who was ethical and trustworthy. Adam was quick to respond twice when we were concerned about our roof. The first time was to inspect for a possible leak. He inspected and caulked vent pipe areas that were suspect at no charge! His expertise helped us rule out the roof as the cause of our problem. The second time was following the tornados that came through on August 6. He graciously made time at the end of what must have been a crazy, busy day to do a thorough inspection for us. What a relief to know that there was no serious damage to our shingles. His detailed evaluation of our roof will help us plan for the future.

Adam M and Jason K were fantastic to work with. We had an insurance claim on our roof from a high windstorm earlier in the year. We've never had a claim so didn't know what to expect. Both Adam and Jason were extremely helpful with explaining and helping us through the process. The installers all showed up exactly on time and starting working the minute they got there. Didn't stop until it got dark. We have a larger roof with some high peaks and they would've been done in one day except it got dark so early being late fall. Came back first thing next morning and finished it up before noon. The new roof looks great and we are very very happy with it. They even used better quality materials than we had on the original roof and that roof lasted over 25 years. Would definitely recommend Adam M, Jason K, and Great Roofing and Restoration to anyone looking to get a new roof.

He even did the inspection himself and came out to the house multiple times throughout the project to make sure everything was going well. We worked with Chuck Rosiu to get a new roof on our home. He came out and inspected the roof on the house and the garage and found that there was some wind damage, and told us to contact our insurance company. He talked me through the process and we were able to get our roof fully converted under our insurance! After we received the funds the roof went up pretty quickly. It only took them about 6 hours to complete the job and the guys were so great, they were thorough and cleaned up after the install. I would highly recommend using Chuck for your roof needs! He was so great and easy to work with! He answered all of our questions... and we had a lot!

Chuck and his team at Great Roofing and Restoration did a phenomenal job. No one wants to come home from summer vacation to a leaking roof, but that is exactly what happened to us. GR&R was the first to respond to my SOS contact attempts, and Chuck came out to inspect our roof within a few days of initial contact.
Of the three businesses that came to our house, Chuck was the only one to inspect my roof and the damage inside and out, including in the attic. They gave us a fair estimate, and used the best materials on the market. He also scheduled our project within a couple of weeks from our initial contact. Everything was transparent from start to finish.
His roofing team removed the shingles, re-decked, and installed a new roof on our home in ONE DAY! They took excellent care in cleaning up, picking up every last nail. We also had air vents installed and new gutters and gutter guards placed. We are extremely pleased with how everything turned out. Plus we now have a 25 year warranty!

They even moved things I forgot to move without issue. They cleaned up everything. Missed nothing The roof looks better than the original did when it was built.

I am beyond impressed by our experience with Steve and the entire team from Great Roofing. The entire process of getting our roof replaced was quick and easy, from when we got our inspection / quote scheduled to getting the roof replaced just a week and a half later. The actual roof replacement only took a day, which is incredible. With all of the severe weather we have had in the last year, we were concerned about possible damage to our roof. Chris Sprachmann was very quick to come out to give us a free inspection. I own multiple properties in the Cleveland area, I've had some roofing contractors inspect my properties recently to check the condition of the roofs. They were mostly pushy and very aggressive in trying to sell me a new roof or file an insurance claim for damage.
Chuck came to check on a few of my properties for me, he was professional and honest about the condition and lifespan I have left on the roof, siding and gutters.
He showed me his inpection report and explained why filing a claim would not work.
He never tried to convince me of something that wasn't there. I will definitely be using Chuck and Great Roofing when the time comes to replace these components of my properties.

Chuck Rosiu and the Great Roofing team recently completed a roof replacement at my house and I couldn't be more pleased with choosing them. Chuck was very responsive and informative throughout the whole process without being "pushy" like some others we got quotes from. He talked us through the products they offered and even through details of the underlayment etc answering the million questions we kept thinking up. Great Roofing came in for a lower quote and a better product than the other 3 companies we received quotes from so when we were ready to move with our install it was a no brainer. Day of install I was impressed with the team completing our decent sized roof in one day with a hardworking crew that started before 7 am and seemingly never stopped working (I think they took breaks in shifts) to get our roof done before rain that was expected that night. The crew did a great job cleaning up too leaving our yard/driveway spotless. They even worked around an area of our yard with recently planted grass. Start to finish Chuck went above and beyond to help us be happy with our process and end product. Will be recommending him/this team to friends and family!

Chuck was great. Once we made the decision to go with a new roof they were out within a week and a half. They were finished in one day and you couldn't even tell they were here other than our new beautiful roof.
