Franciscus recently completed a complete tearoff, roof replacement and gutter replacement of my house and shed, and it looks great! All of my concerns (aging roof, clogged gutters, and attic ventilation) were addressed in a professional and timely manner. Project Manager Shawn Stencil was knowledgeable, personable, and detail-oriented. From a retired project engineer and teacher, A+!

I had my roof inspected after I had a new roof put on. Paul came out to inspect and was great. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He took pictures and sent them to my family to evaluate.

5 stars isn’t enough. This team and crew are worth 1000 stars. They did my home roof tear off and install after tornado damage. I worked with their sales representative, Jason, for over a year. He was so patient in helping me pick colors, choose the right solution for my house, create a detailed quote, educate me on the specifics, and advocate with my insurance company. I’m a tough customer, and they were incredible to work with. The prices were very fair. I had roughly 14 quotes done for my house. The reasons I chose Francisco's Roofing were: (1) they had their own crew, not some subcontractor that you will never hear from again if something goes wrong; (2) as a female homeowner, they treated me with respect and dignity; (3) they ensured everything I wanted was detailed in the quote; (4) they reviewed all the warranty details with me; and (5) the communication throughout the entire process was top-tier for contractors. The installation crew was extremely professional. On top of that, they spent about 45 minutes— the entire crew!!!—sweeping my driveway and lawn for any possible nails that may have fallen during the tear-off and installation before leaving. I had previously installed my own garage flat roof (I probably should have hired them to do that too, live and learn), but I caught the crew secretly going in an fixing a few things I hadn’t completed. Wowza! What contractor does that?! So awesome. I’m so grateful for them. I am having them come back and do some gutter repairs and have shared their info with several friends. It’s sooo hard to find a contractor who has everything …fair prices, great sales and office folks, and talented install crews that care about the details. Thank you Franciscois Roofing. I wish I had more roofs for you guys to do work on. You guys rock! I love my new house roof.

Albert from Franciscus Roofing was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He identified the the leak in our roof switftly, fixed the issue, and made it very clear for me to understand what was going on the whole time. I couldn't recommend him enough.

We had a new roof put on and new roof windows installed in June. The Franciscus Roofing crews did a great job. They managed to get the job done in one day between all the rainy days we had in the Spring and early Summer.

Dane Ohly was the representative who came to our home, looked everything over, made suggestions and recommendations and arranged for a ventilation specialist to do a smoke test on our house. We had black mold and they wanted to look at our air flow through the cathedral ceiling area and other areas of the house. He also left us with panels of sample roofing colors to look at. When we had an idea about what roofing we thought we might like, Dane gave us the address of two local homes for each color we were interested in to drive by and check out. That made a big difference as then we ended up looking at 6 different colors. We have brick in the front of our home and we wanted to make sure what we picked out would not really clash with the brick. So looking at completed roofs really helped. I recommend looking at them during the day, after a rain and when the sun starts to set as roofs can look different during each of these times.

It was a complete tear off with many roofing boards replaced because of black mold and a great clean-up job after everything was done.

On March 20/21 2019, we had Franciscus, Inc. install a new roof on our home. It took them two days which included tearing off 3 layers of shingles and we have a large roof. We couldn't be happier with the job performed and the fair price. The roof looks absolutely beautiful. Our project manager Albert Hobar and his crew did a wonderful job. They were friendly, hard workers and left our property cleaner than it was before they started. We highly recommend them and thank them for a job well done.

I just want to take this time to thank Franciscus and especially Project Manager, Shawn Stencil. This is the second time doing business with Franciscus. The first time was three years or so ago. We had insurance covered tree damage on our roof. Franciscus came out and took great care of us. This second time, again we had tree damage covered by insurance. Our insurance company sent their recommended roofer who assessed the damage and provided which ended up being the lowest quote. However, I had 3 other roofers to include Franciscus provide quotes but wanted additional, non insurance covered work, i.e, a ridge vent.

The other roofers came out. Stood on our roof for five minutes and left. All but one provided quotes (we never heard back). Two quotes were barely detailed.

Shawn Stencil was the only one to walk the roof and notate damage in detail. We had a corner section totally ripped open by the tree and Shawn was the only one to actually look inside that hole with a light to see if there was any internal structural damage. After, he provided an itemized detailed quote which was slightly more than the insurance adjusted quote. He was the only one to take the time to explain certain "possible adjustments" that can only be determined once work began and after exposing the damaged areas.

I got a really good vibe from Shawn and signed contract with Franciscus. Shawn was immediately responsive. Weather was turning and Shawn would text who and when we can expect work to start. He was very efficient. He explained the three phases of work we can expect (roof, fascia metal work, then gutters). When the crew got here, they got right to work and did not waste one second. They were all business. I could not be happier with the work, and the cleanup was the best I have ever seen. I have not found one roof nail anywhere. The metal guy and the gutter guy came and went before we knew it and the whole job is completed.

To top everything off, I go the ridge vent I wanted and all within the Insurance adjusted quote. I cannot say enough, but I can say that Shawn is the one who made things happen. I work in the construction business and Shawn is one of the best Project Managers I have ever come across. He is responsive, he communicates effectively, he's returned all my texts and calls without delay, and he is patient with the customer.

A quote was needed and Albert arrived on time with detailed knowledge of the Product and politely answered all questions. He treated us like a neighbor and left an appreciation that excellent customer service is just one of many reasons to contact Franciscus Roofing. Their office staff is just as friendly, true service with a smile!

We had estimates done and Sean was thorough in all his information and suggestions. It was easy to select this company. Work was done in the time frame mentioned. They came and were extremely competent, hard working and did a fantastic job finishing our roof in 1 day. Jonathan [ground supervisor] came to us often and asked us if we had any questions and addressed a concern we had. Clean up at the end of project was terrific. Can't say enough good things about this job.

I have never had worse service from a company. July 29th I had Pat come out to do an estimate on my roof for a total tear off. He seemed professional and knowledgeable at this time. Took photos to show me and explained well. I needed new ridge vents due to the old ventilation system on the roof because my old one was outdated. Also explained to me my gutter guards would have to come off for the installation. He asked if I wanted them back on and it was a yes due to the amount of trees I had near me. The crew came out August 29 to start the job which I was told was a day project. When the crew was done I had no ventilation on the sides of my house by the bedrooms which was supposed to be on. I reached out to Pat who agreed they did not add them to the roof even though they had the material. I then had to keep asking what day they were coming back to fix my roof when I wouldn't hear back from Pat, he would claim the crew was busy with other projects and can't give me a date. My project was not a priority. My gutter guards were missing screws, put in crooked, and with gaps. I called the company again and spoke with Nicole who is accounting and operations. She was able to get the Crew out to fix again. Then I noticed gutter guards sticking up and still with gaps. I had to call again to ask for them to be put back like they were found. She sent Edgar who does this all the time, per Nicole. He replaced 4 left one in front of my house sticking up pushing on the new shingles they just installed. I have and sent pictures to Nicole. She claimed this was normal and my gutter guards are old and with gaps. She also tried to claim the crew never took them off. I had an inspection done on my house and gutter guards were not mentioned by the inspector or Pat during the initial visit. When you call the company they take your name and number but never call you back. I have called multiple times asking for some type of manager to get nothing. On Oct 28th the job was still not completed well with corners cut. I asked what they can do for the inconvenience and I was told the best they can do is 200 off the bill of almost a 20 000 roof because they would lose profit. Nicole was not professional over the phone at all. I now have to have someone come out to replace my gutter guards completely when before the roof job, they were fine with no gaps.

We just had our new roof installed by Franciscus. Albert Hobar was excellent to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and really took the time to make sure we knew what we needed and what our options were. The crew that did the work was also great and the cleanup job was amazing. We had a truly wonderful experience and will be recommending Al Hobar and Franciscus to all of our friends and neighbors.

We just had all new siding done. Albert was our contact and he was incredible and very helpful and communicative the whole way. We looked into several companies and Franciscus was definitely the most thorough and transparent and completed the project in the timeframe they estimated. Highly recommend!

Sean came by to give us a quote, which we got the same day. We signed with him the same day to have our old roof removed and replaced. He brought over shingle boards and even went back to the office to bring back a few different colors. Sean walked us through the process, answered any questions we had, asked questions and told us he would contact us when the crew would be out. We had our roof replaced on October 8th. The crew arrived a little after 7:30 am and it took almost 12 hours for them to take the old roof off, and the new roof replaced. They were very hard workers. I wished I knew what the workers names were, they were great. They did an excellent job of making sure everything thing was removed from our yard, the side of the houses and anywhere old roofing was removed. Sean even came by when the crew needed additional material. The new roof looks great! Thank you, Sean and the crew that did our roofing project!

Great company to work with. Logan came out met with us, answered all our questions. Super easy to work with, sent us a quote that stayed consistent with job being completed. He stayed in contact every step of the way and followed after roof and gutters were done. Our house looks so much better and it is reassuring to know no more rain inside the house LOL!! I was pleasantly surprised when he called me and said due to a couple days of warm weather installation could proceed. I said yes!
