Constraction reviews in Westlake, Ohio

Steve Baluh with Great Roofing and Restoration walked us through the process and was knowledgable, helpful and trustworthy. He assessed the condition of our roof, provided a timely quote and saw the entire job through with care and attention to detail. The day of the instillation the crew was efficient and worked very hard to get the job done with as minimal mess and disruption as possible considering the magnitude of the job. The finished product is a beautiful new roof adding functionality and beauty to our home. The clean up was amazing - we've yet to find a nail left behind! We could not be more pleased with Steve, the crew and the quality of work from Great Roofing and Restoration. We highly recommend doing business with Steve and this company.

Would recommend Great Roofing. Chuck was very knowledgeable and kept me updated on every step of the process. Had my roof done in one day. Great experience!

We had some wind damage on our roof that was in need of repair before the weather turned bad. A family member had just had his roof replaced by Great Roofing and was very happy with the work they did. He gave us Keyonte's phone number, and we set up an appointment for inspection. Keyonte worked closely with our insurance company during the inspection and handled most of the claim process. Great Roofing had some beautiful choices for roofing colors, and a short time after meeting Keyonte, our new roof was being installed. He kept us updated every step of the way and we couldn't be happier with the quality and workmanship he and his company provided.

After viewing storm damage on our roof a neighbor in our development highly recommended Chuck Rosiu at Great Roofing & Restoration. So happy we contacted him. Chuck walked us though the entire process of working with the insurance company and what we would encounter with them. He followed up with any questions we had and has been with us through the entire process. The roofing crew was quick and efficient and cleaned up the area thoroughly when the job was done. If you need help with a roof give Chuck a call, he will take great care of you. We highly recommend Chuck.

Insurance fraudsters! BEWARE! Will squeeze every penny from your insurance company and still have audacity to make you pay out of pocket additionally. These are the new generation scam artists. Had them do my venue a few years ago and when I tried calling them back for warranty issues I couldn't get a hold of anyone. When they know they have did wrong they avoid you at all costs. So much for the warranty they promised that doesn't work and worthless. Stay away from this company. If you don't believe me contact me and I will show you my invoices and agreements.

Chuck was a huge help in getting my storm damaged roof replaced. Thanks to him I saved thousands of dollars. The installation took just one day. The crew was very professional and careful about the landscaping. They cleaned up everything before they left. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Andy was great and we are very happy with our new roof. He thoroughly explained the process, gave us addresses to look at before we made our final color choice, provided an accurate estimate and followed up during the install process. I would recommend WSR!

Roofer and Representative Chuck Rosiu III is a wonderful representative and should be at manager status! He took on our roofing contract after another company had ghosted us. He was honest and the price was reasonable. The contractor placing the roof on did excellent work and completed a beautiful roof within one day. They came back the next day due to light, and cleaned up the whole yard and driveway with a fine tooth comb. I have already recommended this company and would use them wherever my next house is!! Kudos to the company and a big Kudos for Chuck and his team!

I had a great experience with D1 roofing abd exterior. Danny Davito helped me with the insurance process the whole way through. The roof looks great and the siding even better! Im so happy i went with D1! Daniel went above anf beyond. And the final product looks amazing!
