Premier Tree Specialists helped with managing some of our large trees after assessing our yard in the fall. They were very courteous and appointment manageable. The associates that came to work in January were quick and also courteous.

I had a large River Birch tree taken down, stump ground and some pruning of a smaller maple.
The experience was great from sales through final invoicing. Timely response, accommodating to my schedule needs, professional team taking the tree down, excellent cleanup, timely pickup of logs that could not be shredded and excellent communications.
Only complaint I had was no communications on when the stump grinder was coming. I just happened to be in the front yard when he arrived. Did I need to be there- no. But I had some concerns with making sure the landscaping light cabling was not disturbed. .
Bottom line would I use them again-absolutely.

A huge oak tree in my backyard started to lose limbs whenever the weather forecast said "high winds today." Premier stopped by and pointed out the dead limbs that needed to be trimmed. I had lots of questions and Premier explained everything about trimming an oak tree so that I could understand. On the day of the trimming, the crew worked quickly and safely. The tree looks a lot better and the power lines to the house are now free and clear of dead limbs. I'm very pleased with Premier and will be using them going forward. A+!

This was a top notch job! Three massive oak trees trimmed to perfection by a stellar crew. The Forman, Jason, performed artistry in the air. The job took 7 hours and it was worth every penny spent. I want this crew back if I ever need tree service again!

Initially, services did not meet my expectations and I did not leave a positive review. I was then contacted by Jen the arborist. Issues and concerns were discussed. She stated she would relate our conversation to her team and also follow up in March on the concerns I had for the dogwood tree and the Pine oak tree. I changed my rating from two stars to four stars.

The entire experience was great! The staff was attentive and friendly. John and his crew did an excellent job removing my downed tree and left everything very clean. Would highly recommend!

We used Premiere Tree for some storm damage that took down part of one of my trees. They were very quick to respond. Their crew was awesome. They were very courteous and concerned about driving heavy equipment on the lawn. Their crew was amazing. They had the remaining part of the tree down and the entire tree removed and cleaned up in an hour and 15 minutes. They left the wood that I wanted to keep in the spot I asked them to. Premier‘s arborist Jen was very informative and helpful. They knew what they were doing, and took the tree down safely. I would recommend them again.

These guys were great! NO COMPLAINTS! I didn’t even have to move anything out of my driveway. They worked around everything. Very careful and professional…. I had abt a 70ft tree!

This is my second time working with Premier Tree Specialists to trim a large oak that is near my house. I greatly appreciate their expertise. They prioritized the health of the tree while balancing our concerns. The crew (shout out John!) was very nice and worked efficiently. They even took care of our leaves, which we didn’t expect!

Excellent service! From Jen’s initial and very informative visit (she knows trees), to the scheduling and great communication from Anna at the office, and last but not least - the safe and professional removal of two huge trees by Ian and his crew of lumberjacks…and they have some impressive equipment to help get the job done. The speed and efficiency in which they worked was cool to see, and the attention to detail while cleaning up the property when complete was appreciated. I would recommend Premier Tree Specialists anytime!

Found Premier Tree Service when they were doing work at a neighboring home. The neighbor highly recommend the company. I am very impressed with the customer service from the original quote, working within my budget, scheduling, communication, and the completed tree triimming. I had my tree removed by your company yesterday. From Valeri coming out and explaining everything to me to your crew removing, I can't say enough great things! The crew consisted of Kevin, (foreman) Steve, Sage, and Davez. They were the nicest, most considerate, and skilled workers I could ask for! My tree was in a bad spot, with a pool and fence near. They took their time, and were very cautious of surroundings. They were all extremely nice, which is a definite plus! I will recommend your company with great confidence in the future! Thank you!

Just wanted to take a quick minute and say thank you to Ian, Nick, Raff and Jack of Premier Tree Specialists. Could not have been happier with the professionalism and workmanship that everyone displayed at my property. And also to Anna and Casey In the office. Communication was fantastic. We had some weather issues at the beginning of the job that pushed the start date. I was in constant communication with Anna and KC via email keeping me apprised of when the job would take place. My review details the good, bad and the ugly. The communication in the beginning could’ve been better. I had taken time from work to be present during the tree removal but there was a no call, no show… which cost me $. I was NOT a happy camper about the lack of communication. Then came the day of the removal.
The work performed by IAN and his crew was nothing short of AMAZING! I was thoroughly impressed with their work. They could’ve taken 2 days to complete the job easily, but stayed into the night to complete the job. (This was Thanksgiving Eve might I add). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PREMIER TREE SPECIALISTS and would use them again in a heartbeat. The work performed by them made up for any communication issues in the beginning. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They also were careful of my property, and didn’t damage anything. Do yourself a favor… HIRE THESE GUYS. You’ll be glad you did. (You can thank me later. lol)

The team were professional, polite, and engaging with a fantastic work ethic. They removed the dead branches and cleaned up a decades old oak tree as requested and agreed on. I highly recommend their services. John and his team cleaned up afterward even clearing the saw dust. They were great!

John and his crew came out to cut back a pair of white oaks that have been rubbing on my roof from neighbors' yards. They were punctual, professional, communicative, and did a fantastic job!

I appreciate how knowledgeable they were about the correct way to deal with different species of trees, and the cleanup once they were done is spotless!
