If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! Extremely professional company and you can tell the guys really take pride in doing the job right. Mike came by our house the same day I called and provided an estimate. I had 3 other companies also give estimates and Acorn was the most reasonable by far. Two days later they showed up on time, took our very large maple tree down within 45 minutes, and made sure to not leave one single branch behind. Cant say enough good things about this company. If you need any type of tree services, call Acorn today!

Excellent customer service, excellent results. I will never call another tree service company other than Acorn!! The process was smooth from start to finish!! The crew worked like a well oiled machine….everyone was so efficient and productive!! They worked safely, were precise and left the yard perfectly clean!!! I had an amazing experience with Acorn Tree Services! Top-notch guys with top-notch equipment! I had two large trees removed in somewhat tough spots. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They went well beyond my expectations when it came to the clean-up of my yard, leaving no twig or leaf behind! Thank you Mike and the team at Acorn Tree Service. I highly recommend this company for any tree service you may need. I had a hugh tree almost touching my neighbors house but along side my driveway ruining my drive and messing with my sewer lines. They got it cut down with absolutely no damage to the neighbors house and clean up was amazing. Pricing was comparable to all the estimates had gotten for this job previously. They got the job because this time when I called around they were the only ones to return my call.

Great experience with these guys! They responded quickly to my request for an estimate, kept their word on every expectation set, and did an amazing job removing a huge and rotting maple tree. They worked all day until the job was done and cleaned up my yard after. An extra selling point was that they were able to remove a tree in the backyard from the driveway without disturbing my privacy fence. I will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Took down my rotting forty foot tree and returned when they said to grind the stump. Cordial and more informative than anyone else I interviewed, showed up when they said they would, work exceeded my expectations. Reasonable price and excellent work.

Mike and his team were responsive from the very beginning of our interactions. I contacted several other companies and they didn't have the professionalism of Acorn Tree Services. One of the companies that I called referred Acorn Tree Services as they were unable to remove the tree because they didn't have the equipment needed to remove the tree. This was a selling point in addition to the a positive response that I had already received from them. The other companies prices were higher for the work that needed to be completed and they weren't as professional or straightforward about what was required to complete the job. Mike was straight forward and made every effort to reassure me about the work involved and time frame for completion of the removal. He also fit me into his busy schedule as I needed to have the work done quickly. Mike and his crew did an outstanding job and were professional and honest as well super friendly. They made a difficult situation much better as I didn't have a choice about the tree being removed. They also gave me a recommendation about trimming branches from the front of my house from my neighbors tree which were covering the front of my house on top of my roof. They gave me a fair price and they trimmed those branches as well trimming them so that they would grow away from my house. The work was completed as scheduled. Actually even sooner than expected!They cleaned up my yard and left it in the condition that it was in before the work was completed. I highly recommend Acorn Tree Removal Services for all of your tree service needs. They are phenomenal!

Very profession crew on time and went right to work. Mike was excellent to work with, completed everything as discussed, trees removed an trimmed entire property in the time that was given. Left my property in pristine condition even after all the heavy machinery used on the lawn. Very impressed by the quality of work , the machines used to complete the job and professionalism of the entire crew. Thank you. I am the neighbor of a customer. I was not home but saw on my security camera there was sawdust all over my trampoline from a very large tree being cut down. I figured there would be sawdust in my yard, (obviously) I just wasn’t sure I could thoroughly clean it off the trampoline on my own. By time I called to ask if they wouldn’t mind cleaning it off, they had already cleaned it off and did a great job! Awesome customer service and I wasn’t even their customer.

These guys are true professionals. They under promise and over deliver. Completely self contained they come with everything they need. Fair prices and friendly. Our whole neighborhood uses them.

My review is overdue. We had Acorn remove a large tree from our backyard that we share with a private golf course. The had to bring very large equipment to lower the cut sections of the tree down and coordinated the timing and placement with the golf course professionally and effectively. They were thorough in the planning, removing the tree and branches, cleaning up perfectly after the tree was removed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We are so grateful for all of the neighbors in Berkeley Estates, in Westlake, that keep having Acorn Tree Service out! You all are like celebrities to our family now. The kids don’t want anything to do with the playground when they see your trucks on our street. You should do birthday parties; you would clean up 😆 We look forward to working with you this week.

Mike and crew did an incredible job taking down 7 trees and grinding the stumps in my backyard. They were efficient and gave me a great price. They used large machines but made sure to protect my yard from damage, and were very meticulous in their cleanup - you can barely tell they were here. Plus, they hauled away the stump grindings, which I had trouble finding anyone else willing to do. I highly recommend Acorn!

Clint and his crew did an outstanding job of removing 4 large trees between our property and my neighbors. It took them a day and a half to complete the job. Their clean up was very impressive and all crew members were very personable.

Working with Mike & his team was a seamless process from start to finish. I was expecting this to be a multi-day job but it was completed thoroughly in a fraction of time. They were able to move two trees (one being a HUGE tree), and had the stumps grinded all within a few hours. The team was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The clean up was perfect. I had a giant tree removed June 2019. They did an amazing job! BUT, they said they would come back to remove the stump (their stump machine malfunctioned that day), they never came back to finish the stump job.

I am blown away by the job the team did on removing a huge maple tree in our backyard! Vince, Mike, Kevin, Chris, Tony and the rest of the crew were polite, friendly, professional and efficient from estimate through removal and stump grinding. The crew's movement was so choreographed that there was never a point when any of the 5 members were standing around watching. They protected our lawn, removed debris as they went and left my yard cleaner than when they started. They arrived a little early and worked non-stop until the job was done 6 hours later. I will always use and recommend Highpoint to anyone needing tree service!

Great experience. We had a tree that feel down. The owner and the office staff were friendly and communicated very well. Scheduling was easy. The crew members that completed the work were all very nice and professional. I highly recommend.
