We had a large 60 year old maple tree that needed trimming. The crew arrived as scheduled, completed the trimming and cleaned up all within 2 hours. They also trimmed 2 crabapple trees.
All was done very professionally.

Nice, professional, fairly priced. They came in got the job done and we felt appreciated as customers. I would hire them in a second. We had previously used Inspeyered Tree Service and they never got back to us.

We had a big job at our house completed this week by Premier Tree Specialists and they did an amazing job. The crew, John, Tommy and Phil, were friendly, professional and careful. They accomplished everything we had discussed in the initial job estimate and executed the job with care to our and our neighbors' properties. Valerie, the arborist, who came initially to work up the job proposal was wonderful to work with and provided education for us to better understand the needs of our trees. Thank you again for a superb job!!!

Premier Tree Specialists were wonderful. Two other tree trimmers told me that they would do it, took my info, I sent pics and reached out to them again. They never got back to me. Those were the recommended ones from other people. I looked online myself and found PREMIER TREE SPECIALISTS and thought they sounded good and had good reviews. They will not disappoint! The arborist came out about a week later to look and give a price. I was home so I talked to him. Very knowledgeable, friendly and nice. I approved the contract on line and a few weeks they came out. I was notified about everything. Dominic in the Office is great…answers all questions you may have in a pleasant non-rushed voice.
I highly recommend them.

The crew is wrapping up and I'm very happy with their pruning and willingness to clean up the scrubby lower shrub branches and honeysuckle branches on the top if the fence line. It looks fantastic‼

We paid to have two trees trimmed & pruned, but only the small, younger tree was done as requested. The more mature ornamental tree, we could hardly tell anything was done. An old bird nest was even left in the tree. We called, but could not get a return phone call. We even left an online request for Premier Tree to come out and make this right, but never got a return call. We would not recommend Premier Tree Specialists for any work. We paid a respectable price for inadequate work.

The Premier Tree Team trimmed and pruned my hillside 150 year old Oak Tree with care. They are a very professional business to deal with and have working on your property. I highly recommend their services!

We have used Premier for pruning our Oaks in the past and have been satisfied with the jobs they completed. More recently, I had an oak that needed to be completely removed. They called at 9pm on Saturday to ask if they could come out Sunday morning. Sure. They did not take any care to the rest of the yard and pushed large pieces of logs into my yard from the top of the tree causing craters that were a foot deep and additionally left all the logs in my back yard for weeks. Then moved to the front and left there for weeks. They also damaged an electrical box which they eventually repaired and they eventually repaired the lawn landscaping. The entire job took 6 weeks and a ridiculous amount of me probing and following up to see when things would be done. I really was please the first time they serviced my trees but I would not use this company again unless serious changes were made to crew and office staff.

Everything about my experience with Premier Tree Specialists was amazing! Any time quote that was given was followed completely! I cannot even speak highly enough about the office staff that keeps communication open. When things are delayed due to weather. I would highly recommend them!

Arborist Valerie was extremely knowledgeable and explained all details to correctly trim and maintain our tree. Melissa, office staff, was helpful and courteous and handled all details promptly. What an amazing crew, Sam, Jack and Duke arrived on schedule, promptly had all equipment set up and explained all details on what was to be done and how it would improve the life of the tree. They asked us to check out the work they did and if we had any questions or concerns. The cleanup was great as the crew was very respectful of our property.

Have used their services twice. Today Willy and Sage were out to clean cut a broken branch and cut a dead branch and provide wound care to my giant oak tree. Both were on time, professional, friendly and did a great job quickly. The company has been the most professional and well priced, and i have recommended them to my neighbors. Highly recommend!

John and his crew were prompt, efficient and friendly. Did a great job taking care of what needed to be done and cleaned up beautifully.

The guys that did our tree removal were great. The office staff not so much. It seemed like they were not very informed. The major part of our tree removal took all day
No problem very large tree. It took 3 months and 2 trips to complete the cleanup.
The first time they came back, the crew only cleaned the initial pile I racked up when they did not show within the first week after the removal. At this point I received 3 calls/ emails that my bill was due. Work still not complete

They scheduled their restoration crew to fill in the LARGE holes. Crew was a no show.Later that day I received another notification my bill was due. I called the office to inform them that the work was not complete. The crew went to the wrong house.
When the finally arrived, good thing I was home, the crew started filling holes in the wrong yard. Even after I sent the office pictures of the work that was supposed to be completed.
Also the very lightly fluffed diet in the holes
When it rained, the 2 Foot deep hole sank 5" and the ruts where the trunk was dropped sank to 1/2 the depth.
I still had to fill in the holes. I should have done it myself and saved me the activation.

The three man crew arrived as scheduled and quickly got to work cutting up a fallen tree. I requested they leave me a small pile of wood and they neatly stacked that by my garage. They cleaned the area thoroughly so you would never know a tree was there. They did an excellent job.

We’ve had a lot of issues with contractors since purchasing our home about 2 years ago. Zero issues with Premier Tree Specialists from start to finish! Everything moved extremely quickly- from Jennifer coming out to give us a quote/receiving the proposal to scheduling the work/the trees coming down. Initially, we weren’t even sure we could afford having 5 trees cut down, but felt what we paid was very reasonable compared to what we were expecting. The work was performed exactly as described & the crew cleaned up nicely. You could tell these guys knew what they were doing! We’re very pleased with the outcome & look forward to having the best view of our city’s fireworks this year & every year to come! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Jen was great and came out and gave me options on the downed branches from my very old elm tree. Because it was kind of emergency the crew came out the next day. They were awesome. John, Dakota and Tommy did a great job. They took down the branches carefully, kept me informed and did a great job cleaning up . They left me some wood and took away the rest. Thanks for helping me so quickly.

Premier Tree Specialists were professional and knowledgeable. I felt Valarie was a trusted advisor and knew trees. She gave me my options and allowed me to make an informed decision. On the day of service Raphael and his team were pleasant, efficient and professional. They made sure that the tree trimming and pruning was exactly as I wanted, checking in with me along the way to make sure I was happy. The clean up went quickly and thorough. A good experience from start to finish.

I am old enough to remember what customer service can and should be. Unfortunately... I no longer expect it and (most often) am not disappointed. That is why it was so refreshing to encounter such a truly wonderful group of people at Premier Tree Specialists, who still know the meaning of customer service and practice it from start to finish.

We had two trees needing professional evaluation. we expected a salesperson to show-up knowing little about trees, interested only in: "what can we do for ya?" Instead, Valeri, a certified arborist responded for the evaluation and estimate. She spent almost an hour with us, listening to our concerns, answering our questions and explaining our options.

When she left not only did we have an estimate we understood, we knew more about our two trees than I would have ever thought possible. Needless to say: "a wonderful first impression."

Our personal schedules delayed acting upon their proposal for three months. Once it was time to move forward we confirmed the estimate was still valid (it was) and ordered the service which included trimming a tree and treating it for Emerald Ash Borers.

The trimming crew was great. They very concerned about damage to the lawn from the large equipment, keeping it minor and to the absolute minimum. They did such a good clean-up job, except for the tree looking so much better, it was difficult to tell they had ever been there.

Then it was time for the treatment. Another certified arborist arrived a day or two later for the injection. As with Valeri, she answered all our questions and thoroughly explained what was going to be done and why.

We rate our experience with Premier Tree Service and the services they performed: EXCELLENT and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Be advised they rely heavenly on 21st century automation for their communication with both customer and crews. While it is efficient, it can "seem" a bit impersonal to 20th century customers like us. Even so, they more than make up for it with "old fashioned" in-person customer service.

Good tree removal services; provided excellent arborist information about the spruce tree I wanted removed, and removed it without damage of any kind to my property. It did, however, take about two weeks to remove the tree logs from my tree lawn, and the person who grounded the stump did not fully clean up or flatten the ground where the tree stood, but left the dirt and wood chips in a pile. Just a rake over would have helped. However, I would use this company again for any future tree issues.
