Jim was able to arrive early & replaced our shower head very quickly. We asked him to repair the drain in the bathroom sink & he didn’t even hesitate. He again made the repair very quickly. The bathroom was left clean. Thank you for excellent local customer service!

Wanted to try something other than the "big box" option to replace an old hot water tank and locally owned E&H Plumbing and Handyman did an amazing job. Gave a reasonable estimate and hit the low side in the range estimated. Also very considerate getting water shut-offs in place so the water main could be turned back on while the tank was replaced.

Professional, courteous, competent. The E&H guys were excellent. We had new bathroom exhaust fans installed. Will definitely use them again!

We have had excellent experiences using E&H Plumbing &Handyman. Mr. Moreland installed a over the counter microwave and did an excellent job! The service people are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. They even clean up after the project. We would highly recommend them.

We called about a slow running bathroom sink drain. The problem turned out to be a blockage in the drain that couldn't be removed. The pipe had to be cut out and replaced. We have always used E&H Plumbing for our plumbing needs. They are very knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. They were able to get to us the same day. They are courteous and very helpful.

I need the hardware in my shower replaced it was dripping. Here many came and gave me an estimate. I agreed to it and set a time for replacement but three days before it went from a drip to a strong stream, I called and they send him to fix my shower within a hour from my call. He worked steady and did a great job. He cleaned up and was done within time he allowed. He went above his job and was very nice and thoughtful. Will tell my friends about a great job he did.

I woke up to a water stain on the ceiling that had developed overnight. E&H had someone out within an hour of my call. Jeremy diagnosed and fixed the problem as well as thoroughly explained what the issue had been. The price was reasonable and the service was fast. We will definitely use them again if we have a need in the future!

Had them come because our kitchen drain was not draining. Technician was here for over 3 hours and also had another person come to help him and charged us $578. Before I paid technician said, "this is the best we can do. Continue putting live enzymes down the drain and if that doesn't fix it, you need to call D&L Drain to have them come from the top of your house and blast it." Probablt a week or so after they were here it was backed up AGAIN. Called them today to complain they said since i signed off the only thing they could do is send someone else over but I would be charged for labor. This is ridiculous. The technician (who is the specialist here) should have stopped after an hour of he was not for sure he could unclog it. Also the wooster office said today "they can't guarantee that the drain would work......WHAT? I am having you come to unclog a drain. My advice is do not call them for drains.....just go directly to D&L Drain service first.
