Travis was able to repair our furniture. It was a relatively easy fix. He took care to explain everything. When asked questions about other service that they provide, he was able to give us the answers we needed. Thank you

I am so pleased with my experience with Schmidt Service Now. I called the company for an appointment to get my air conditioner cleaned & serviced. They set me up with a appointment the same day. I was very happy about that but this even gets better as I meet Travis & Skylar. This is a father daughter team. They were very impressive. Travis is so professional & extremely knowledgeable while Skylar is just a extremely good assistant doing whatever needs to be done. Skylar made my seven year old ac look new & Travis had my unit checked out & explained any possible issues that could occur with it.
I give this father/daughter team a fantastic remarks as they checked all the boxes for a job well done. This company is extremely fortunate to have them both representing their company. I will be requesting them for any future issues.

Service was excellent from the minute they answered the phone! Travis Devault arrived within 45 minutes. Travis was very professional, & kind he took his time to really dig into our furnace issue. Though there was no resolution to our issue, at no fault of Service Now. We all agree it's time for a new system. Service Now and Travis will be the ones we call to replace it. Travis & Service Now, My Family and I appreciate your kindness, professionalism, & service. Highly Recommended!

I'd like to commend Eric Austin from Service Now for the excellent experience I had when he was here to service my furnace and A/C. He was extremely pleasant, very competent and thorough, and very thoughtful regarding my special circumstances. He spent time to explain exactly what was done and to provide details about the cost of various items. Much appreciation to Eric. Great job and great guy!

Giving them one star is generous! We have been customers of Wooster Service Now for at least 10 years and have been part of their service club that you pay monthly to have bi-yearly service and expedited service for issues that may arise. We needed a new air conditioning unit installed in May of 2024 and were offered 3 options by Greg Murphy. He assured us that if we went with the most expensive one that we would get $2000 off the top of our taxes. We questioned him many times and he continued to state $2000 off the top of our taxes. Our statement to him was "the difference between the middle and top unit was $2000 so why wouldn't you get the top unit since it ends up being same money" and he stated exactly. Fast forward to April 2025 when paying taxes. There is NOT $2000 off taxes, it is a max of $600. When I called and talked to him he stated he didn't say that and gave a story about not knowing how much we make etc. What you make has nothing to do with it, it is a set amount regardless of income. On top of that when I asked to speak to his boss I was told he would call me back. I have talked to the office since then and still NO response from higher up than Greg Murphy. I have given them ample time to respond as it has been 1 month.
PLEASE do you homework, which I didn't, and check with other companies before believing what Service Now is telling you.

My experience with Travis DeVault was absolutely excellent! He was punctual (arrived right on time), and very courteous. He was very clean and took precautions to keep my house clean. He is an excellent technician. He made some major repairs on my furnace and got it up and running very efficiently.
Today is December 6, 2024. When I woke up this morning my furnace was not running and the temperature was 15 degrees out side.
I was in a panic and I feel the Travis and Service Now saved me.

We are now set up with an ongoing monthly program that will benefit us with anything that might be needed. Had my furnace serviced today. Travis DeVault was my tech, and he did a great job! The club membership makes regular maintenance also easy.

Technician showed honesty, integrity, and great work ethic. Arrived promptly, explained the issues, and fixed what he could right away. Two days later, once the other part arrived, he restored my service and went above and beyond to do it right. A bit pricey, but in this heat, it was worth it for my family and peace of mind.

Cameron was absolutely great! Even though he was training a newer guy. He took the time to help me with any concerns I had. They both had absolutely great customer service and very professional. I can say they both took the extra step to do the job fully. Cameron explained everything they were doing and why. And answered any questions I had about the process. This was just the every 6 months maintenance. That I have the membership for. I like that this company so far is not pushy about getting parts or stuff thats not necessary. Thank you Cameron and Lyle! ✌️

Amazing experience. Greg came over and laid everything out for me . Had his crew out the next day with the new system. His guys were great and friendly and got the heat up and running in no time. Highly recommend this company. They're probably one of the few that's fair and honest from start to finish

I would like to personally thank Adam (Tank) for his exceptional service. He came out after hours on a holiday weekend with a smile on his face and provided excellent service. He was kind, helpful and accommodating. Adam had to replace a sewage pump and was happy to do so. I was in a pinch and couldn't have asked for better a service. Thank you Adam!

Very satisfied with service from Dennis. He performed a routine check on furnace before Winter. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

Had Todd out because our AC was not working. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair. He suggested we have a maintenance done on both units. Todd came back a couple of weeks later and performed the maintenance. He explained to us how our HVAC system works in a manner we could understand. Todd is a fantastic technician and we highly recommend you request him when you call MW Robinson for service.

Adam is the one who put in our new shower and vanity. He’s a hard worker, nice, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He stayed the entire day until the project was finished without taking a break, even when he said it may end up being a two day project. Very satisfied with his service, highly recommend.
