Professional and courteous service from Cameron. Went over all my options to get a quality repair of my furnace.

Travis DeVault has been our furnace/AC Technician for the last 4 years. He’s very knowledgeable and patient when we’re asking questions about our equipment. When he leaves our equipment is running smoothly and looking like new.

Travis came to clean our furnace and did so much more. Found some things for us to fix to make things run more efficiently. Gave me suggestions to bring down the cost of our utilities. Very much appreciated his help. He was very through and explained things as he did his work. Thank you so much Travis!

Travis DeVault came to our home within 45 minutes from the initial call and had us up and running within 30 minutes. He had the most important part on his truck and will order new exhaust blower motor and will install as soon as it’s received. Travis was helpful, friendly, and informed of us of problems in terms I could understand and helped us to make the decision to join the club for future maintenance and service calls at a discount. He helped turn what could have been a terrible experience into a solved solution in a timely and professional manner. My AC went out suddenly and Service Now sent Travis DeVault to help me. He explained what was needed and got it up and running until a new compressor could be ordered and installed. The essential part came in and the next day Travis worked quickly and effectively to replace the compressor before a coming rainstorm. I was impressed with his knowledge and his thoughtfulness to meet my need during a heat wave and on my time schedule. I’m going to continue to use Service Now because of technicians like Travis. Now I’m enjoying the cool because of him.

Late in the afternoon of 8/16/24, we noticed that our house wasn’t as cool as it should have been. In fact, the thermostat showed the house temperature was 5 degrees higher than what it was set for. We called the heating/cooling company we’ve been using for the last 9 years and, because it was after their normal business hours, our call was transferred to their after hours “emergency” number. Going to voicemail, I left my name, phone number and address. After 3 hours and no word back, we called Service Now. We called at 8:35 pm and, to our surprise, we spoke to an actual person! She took our information and told us she’d reach out to the technician on duty and he’d give us a call back shortly. Within 15 minutes, Eric called back and we explained what we were experiencing. Eric arrived within a half hour and very quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the necessary part on his truck, and installed it within minutes, all the while walking us through what the problem was, and answering any questions we had. Eric was very professional and we were very comfortable and satisfied with the service he provided. Based on our positive experience, we may be contacting Service Now for all our future heating / cooling needs!

I would 110% without reservation recommend this company for any and all heating and air conditioning work. I recently bought a house and started to experience some minor leaking issues with my furnace. Travis DeVault came to address the problem and was nothing but highly professional, knowledgeable, and detailed. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it with care and detail. I immediately knew I could trust his work and recommendations. The technicians take as much time as they need to fix and address the issue. They are not racing against the clock. They take the time they need to provide high quality work and customer service. Service Now should be your go-to for heating and cooling work. You will not be disappointed. Our furnace stopped working and displayed an error code which my husband noticed as he was leaving for work. I was able to schedule a service call for that evening!
Travis was extremely knowledgeable, kind and did a great job explaining how he was going to fix it.

He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the 2 replacement parts in the van. We had our heat restored in about an hour! Travis also took the time to help me set up the app on my phone so I could control our settings remotely.

I highly recommend Service Now for their quality products and excellent customer service! We did not have to pay for service or parts because of our warranty, which I also recommend.

The entire team that installed our new furnace system was amazing! But we were thoroughly impressed with Travis. What a knowledgable man. He came late in the day to finish wiring the complicated system install and stayed until it was operating exactly how it should be. He was so knowledgable about everything! He also took extra time to walk us through everything, made sure we were buying the right filters, talked to us about the upcoming duct cleaning & sanitization ….. so many more things than he was sent here to actually do.
Highly recommend and appreciate the service we received today, all around.

Greg arrived the same day I called and walked me through several different options on my appraisal and worked with me to find one that was best. He didn't pressure me at all while getting a couple other quotes which Schmid's ended up beating anyway. Installers Joe and Joe did a great job on the initial install going well above and beyond what was expected. A few weeks later I had service tech Travis out to do an adjustment to the thermostat and investigate a minor issue and he got everything resolved very quickly. This whole process was seamless and everyone involved was a pleasure to work with.

Travis did an excellent job evaluating the issue, explaining the cause and gave plenty of helpful information on what to look for and what issues are of concern.
