I have used the services of Dave’s plumbing and home maintenance for years. They have continuously provided excellent service at tremendous value. I highly recommend them to everyone I know!

In response to the gentleman below who was displeased with our service- our employees arrived at the trailer and he did not answer the door. Evidently he saw us on his camera. We could not fix what he requested. I have been a plumber for over 20 years and have been business for myself for almost 11 years. I am licensed. We do 90% new construction plumbing but are proud to, and will continue to service our community as always. Thank you for your business and reviews.

Dave's Plumbing replaced our bathroom tub, the tub surround and replaced all the plumbing as well as work to our basement plumbing in our laundry room. They did excellent work, and the crew was very professional. I highly recommend this company.

Called this local company to look at and replace an outdoor faucet spigot that was not working as I found them after a google search and since the title of business is “Dave’s plumbing...” first call said he would call me back on the number I called from never called. I had to call back then he said they would come look at it, ended up sending over two guys (seen them on my ring cam) went to faucet of course wouldn’t turn on and then left two minutes later never called or anything. So I ended up contacting another handyman advertising on Marketplace and he came over within an hour and diagnosed the issue as needing a new faucet spigot and replaced in 15 mins. I would question this business owners knowledge and customer service since it seemed as if they didn’t want the money or business. Not sure why they advertise service on google if they don’t want business??

Dave ablnd his crew did a great job on our small project. They were polite and cleaned up any mess left. Communication was solid. I will use them again.

Called with a tankless water heater problem, Dave came out saw the problem and ordered a replacement heater, was installed quickly and efficiently. Dave crew also did my whole house plumbing replacement 4 years ago and have not had any issues with it. He has a great group of people who work for him. Very polite and professional. I highly recommend Dave for you next project.

Travis did a wonderful job, inspecting and servicing our AC. He was polite, thorough, and cleaned up everything beautifully. He explained everything to me, and was very pleasant. I would give him the highest recommendation.

My Air condition went out on Sunday April 28th 2024 . Called to see if I could get someone to fix it.. Was planning on getting a new unit was not sure what to do . They Sent a Salesman out on a Sunday (Who does that!) We agreed on a Furnace/Air Condition and it was delivered and installed Tuesday April 30, 2024. The Installers where great !! Very Polite, hard workers and never complained it was installed in rain . Thank you Service Now for your service today ,and the last great 10 years of Service we have already had with your company. They tore my AC apart to clean it. It has never been done before. It needed it really bad. They were not lazy and made it look like new!

The representative that answered, the service line was professional and pleasant when taking our service request. Travis, the technician, was timely in response to our service request. Travis was professional and knowledgeable about our furnace and had everything he needed to do a maintenance and to repair the furnace in one trip. Currently very pleased with the service provided by Service Now and the technician.

Scheduled an appointment late afternoon, and received a call that evening after hours. Scheduler was friendly and helpful. Service was rendered the following day. Tech showed up prior to scheduled time, including a call from the office advising Tech was on their way. Tech ( Travis) was helpful, courteous, and explained things well, answering questions I had along the way. Work was somewhat involved, but needed parts were in stock, and Travis made necessary calls, and stayed with the job until completed. A positive experience with everyone involved, and good example of excellent customer service.

I lost heat in my house 1/7/24. I called in the office on 1/8/24 an they sent Travis Devault out to fix my furnace. Turned out to be a clogged drain on the furnace. Travis show professionalism an excellent customer service while on the service call. I will request him every time. Thanks Travis.

I had a tech. come out today was told 1350 to replace a blower motor. Parts are covered under warranty. But the kicker since I found another company to do the work for 250 that I would still have to pay 300 dollars for there service fee and diagnostic fee. Wow 20 min. of work crazy. Yes the other company is authorized carrier service provider. My point is what you charging 675 dollar a hour for labor all parts are covered by carrier.
