Outdoor Makeovers refreshed-repaired an older patio for us. Cleaned, leveled, resanded and sealed. It looks new again. Very happy with the work done.

Brad Rich, owner of Outdoor Makeovers, responded in a timely manner to request from us for consultation on two projects. Brad walked the property with us and spent considerable time providing options to create a visual barrier around our deck with plantings and also re how to deal with a 700 Ft2 elevated area contained by railroad ties and full of overgrown vines & shrubs. We liked Brad’s inputs and contracted with Outdoor Makeovers to do both the plantings and to remove the elevated area and restore it to the original contour in grass. We did the two jobs on different dates and in both cases the Crews arrived on time and were pleasant, professional and efficient. They were invested in our satisfaction with the completed jobs. Their equipment & vehicles were impressive and in good condition. Our work was done on-time, and within a very competitive budget, as estimated. What a shame - put a 50% deposit down only to get the run around after being told the project would start on a specific day. Then it got pushed back another day - until it was cancelled altogether due to timing issues. Don't take people's money unless you are sure you can get the job done. Also don't tell customers the night before that everything is a go, only to be told 3 hours after the job was to start that they can't fit you in after all.

Brad did his best to apologize but the whole experience left a terrible impression on us. We will not be recommending them.

*i was threatened with a lawsuit for sharing my experience and leaving my review. I stand by my review but removed the last part "urging others to be cautious". My deposit was returned after driving to their office to retrieve a check (I paid online via check card so not sure why it wasn't just refunded that way). Nothing I said was false or untrue and I have all the correspondence showing what transpired. I will not be bullied into removing my review of an experience with a company that did not meet my expectations.

if the company can show that something in my review is not accurate, please let me know and I will gladly adjust my statement.

After using Outdoor Makeovers last fall for Leaf Removal, I have used them again for other services and now budget to use their services annually. I really appreciated that everything they said they would do, the did and exceeded my expectations. My property looks outstanding, thank you Outdoor Makeovers - money well spent!!!

I had Brad and team edge and apply mulch to my yard this Spring and was very pleased with their work. In fact, they exceeded my expectations and performed a few additional tasks without asking to improve the job. They also saved two of my pines that I had asked them to remove, once they determined that trimming and fertilizer would be a better route to follow. The pines now look great.

The crew did a great job with removing our hedges and cleaning up. They chipped our concrete patio, but we're honest about it and are going to make repairs. We will definitely use them again this next year for other projects.

I reached out to Outdoor Makeovers to do some rehab on my Paver Patio. Mossy and dirty. The owner Brad Rich did a great job with the cleaning and installing the joint fill sand. Looks awesome and was very reasonable. I highly recommend using them for your outdoor needs.

Great job today. It rained a lot this morning and my lawn does not drain well. The guys used a push mower rather than the big tractor that leaves grooves. My lawn looks good and no bare spots. Thank you.

Outdoor Makeovers did a great job planting large trees with in a retaining wall, they showed up and completed the job on time with reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend them for any outdoor work that you may need done.

Brad and Kara are so good. This is the second house they have helped us with. We accomplished all our goals of privacy and beauty. Enthusiastically recommend them and their whole team.

From my experience, They can't be trusted. To start things off they don't communicate at all. The appointment was set for 830 to 1030 and at 1045 I called the office. The office told me they were still at yesterdays job and that they were going to call me at the end of the day. If they would have called that morning I could have saved a days worth of vacation time. Then I was told I would get a call by the end of the day with the plan, but as expected, no call. Finally I got a call at lunch the following day. Once the crew showed up they did not perform all of the work. the contract states "install new plant material" and they didn't. I even told them where to put them. They also left a huge mess with damage on my concrete driveway. My wife called and the office said they would be out the next day to install the plants. Well they didn't show as they were on a new job without finishing ours. When talking to the owner and the office they lied saying they never said they will come back out.

Bottom line with them is to record your calls and don't expect great things with them. 10/10 DON'T RECOMMEND.

Update: the Outdoor Makeover team came out yesterday and fixed everything. Their customer service was great.l and the front beds look great.

I am so disappointed. There are still weeds in our front bed and the mulch looks more like dirt than mulch.

This company has my highest recommendation. They did excellent work, on time, and for a reasonable price. They answered all our questions quickly and gave good advice. I love our new walkways and patio. You can easily pick out the Begore and after photos!

The Outdoor Makeovers team was knowledgeable and skilled. They worked with our ideas and guided us when we weren’t sure. They worked within our budget and we greatly appreciated that. They gave notice of their arrival and were prompt. They left the place as neat or neater each day. The transformation of our landscaping wall and bed was amazing! We are thrilled with it.

We found Outdoor Makeovers customer service to be both professional and courteous from first contact to job completion. The landscaping crew arrived on time and got right to work. We were especially pleased they were able to remove large bushes while being careful to save the long-established ground cover around each bush. The work area was efficiently and quickly cleaned up and all debris was removed. We highly recommend Outdoor Makeovers and will use them again for any future landscaping projects.
