First time using the service so far so good , second project next month

Have been invoiced three time for weed removal , all within a one month period.

I was given the name of this company as someone who could help improve my property to make ready for selling it.
I contacted them on May 5th and left a message. I received no answer back so I called again the 7th. The receptionist told me the owner would not be available until the following week to call me back and SCHEDULE an estimate to done. The next week I called on the 12th (a Tuesday) and left a msg saying I am still waiting to hear from them.
A few hours later an unfriendly, surly woman returned my call and stated that, "You are out of our service area so we will not be able to help you."
So now I have wasted all this time only to find out they don't work in this area???
Why did they not tell me this to begin with so I could find another company right away?
They have greatly inconvenienced me at a time when I really needed to get everything ready. I told them I was trying to sell this place and everyone knows summertime is the best time to do this.
Additionally, because I was waiting on them, now all of the other companies have booked up their work weeks in advance. I am so angry.
Avoid these people because they don't keep their word or act responsibly.
I would give ZERO STARS I could.
