Our thermostat was not operating correctly for heat. Hunter came and installed a new thermostat. After a few weeks that thermostat was not working correctly. He came again and installed a different kind of thermostat and all is well again.

Wouldn't know. Waited for 3 appts never knew who was coming out or when.Zero contact. Got my information from CHW.I was home on the days they claim to of come over,front door open by 6am and closed after 10pm.Tried contacting them once I knew who to contact again nothing. 1 star cos you've got no option for none

We called out JayCo over the summer to work on our AC unit, we are first time home owners so we had no idea what was wrong. We called several places to come out that day and the only person available same day was JayCo. They explained everything to me as they fixed it, and were very professional. JayCo was very professional, prompt, and efficient! They went over all our options and picked the best plan of action for our current situation. Our upstairs unit was unable to keep up with the heat wave, and JayCo’s professionals were able to assess and determine a solution. Called them & they came out immediately & took 20 mins to fix the issue. Didn’t price gouge or try to sell me on a bunch of stuff we didn’t need like the other guys do.

Before these guys I had pilgrim heat & air come out and try to sell me a $15,000 system then said I needed a new unit for $5000. The guy lied about everything while trying to get as much money as possible & it took nearly 2 weeks of him talking and doing nothing before I decided to call Jayco which took care of it literally within the hour.

I’m so mad at myself for not calling these guys first! Long story short, you can’t trust a lot of contract workers but these guys definitely have my trust & I will be using them for everything HVAC related in the future!

I had the opportunity to work on a large home addition with Seth at JayCo.   He was extremely knowledgeable.  If not for his expertise, we would have undersized our additional units.  I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and willingness to make sure we understood the benefits to the HVAC solution we chose.

My daughter Kayla's air conditioning equipment failed and Jayco came to diagnose the issue. The techs Hunter and Greg were very professional and explained what had to be done to resolve the issue. They completed their work in a timely manner and kept me informed with what they were doing. I also spoke to Seth who was very courteous and knowledgeable about what had to be done and he did not try to take advantage or price gouge. My daughter and I was impressed with all of them and would like to thank Jayco for their assistance.

I was extremely impressed with this company. Being that I previously worked in the industry I have worked and experienced personally how the other companies operate and do business and I can say this company goes above and beyond to set themselves apart from their competitors by not only responding quickly but by providing true honest quotes by educating the customer on what services are needed and what equipment will need to be installed. Everyone we spoke to and worked with were extremely professional, patient, and provided my partner and I the very best products and equipment to ensure our warehouse met code to keep our products fresh for our customers. The first day I moved to town my A/C went out. Seth at JayCo prioritized me and fixed my system ASAP. He returned a few months later to fix my upstairs unit after it quit working on me. Last month we worked together to design a completely new downstairs HVAC system (gas heat & A/C unit) with additional returns for the house that optimizes the new units and their efficiency. "J" removed the old setup and installed the new system over 3 days. Not a small job. His attention to detail was spot on. He checked in with me constantly to make sure I was happy with the design, build, and progress. The system is working flawlessly and I couldn't be happier. I will be calling JayCo to replace my upstairs system once it dies!

The service repairs were very timely. We had two AC units go out within a day of each other. The serviceman tackled the job, diagnosed the problems and made repairs the same day. Before the day was done, our third unit went out. The serviceman again identified the needed repairs late that same day before leaving. The next morning he was on the job and quickly finished. All units are humming to our satisfaction. Jobs well done and at a reasonable cost. Thanks JayCo.

Our AC went out in August in the evening and they were out the next morning and put in a new unit. Now the winter came we were out of town for a few weeks and when we came home the furnace wasn't working and a call and out they come and fixed it. Great service.

Seth & Jeremiah took excellent care of us. I was amazed at their attention to detail, their ability & their friendliness! My summer maintenance & repair of 1 unit were great-HIGHLY reccomend!

Seth came out to check on our AC units today at Elite Training. He was at my business within a few hours of calling, and was extremely helpful!!
