Great customer service! They take care of any issues I have with my commercial hvac systems. It is so important that my made in Oklahoma chocolates stay cool in our Oklahoma heat. I would recommend!

They are fantastic when selling you a new AC (as anyone is) but when it comes to warranty, a complete joke. Never use these guys. Robert was terrible. My one year old Goodman broke down and they came to look at it, never heard back from them after many attempts. I’m assuming they didn’t know what was wrong. No AC for almost 4 weeks! Hired another company that found the problem asap and fixed it. Even the wholesaler said they don’t sell to the anymore. Never left a bad review, but this one warrants it

I've used Air Serv for years. The company is honest and reliable. They've just replaced my heating system and repaired the stairs to the attic that had weakened over time! Highly recommend them.

Had a new unit put in about 4 years ago. And every year they have to come out 3 or more times a year. I only get to use it half the time. And they find anything they can to make sure you pay for them coming out even with a 10 year warranty. Customer service is good but the product they sell is terrible. They didnt program my thermostat they even charged me for that having to come do a service call for their screw up

On time and great job. Found a minor issue with our system that could’ve been a much bigger problem if left undiscovered. The repair was very reasonable and done while the technician was here.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, their team was incredibly professional and friendly. They took the time to explain the issues with my HVAC system and provide clear, concise solutions.

I've used Aire Serve several times over the last 5 or 6 years and NEVER have a problem. First of all they are on time, they remind me of appointments, they wipe their feet and get straight to business! They are professional AND polite. They've handled installing my h-v-a-c unit and come out to maintain it 2x a year with my plan. They installed the new oven, fitted the new over-the-range microwave, and installed a new ceiling fan in the great room. I use them because i like supporting local bixby folks and thank goodness they are honest to deal with.... thank you Ms. GA Mooney. 12-2-24

Our initial contact with AireServ was excellent. They seemed like a wonderful choice selected by our home warranty company. They replaced our exchanger, but after a few days, it didn’t work. They came back out and said the new unit was defective and would need to be replaced again. However, they had a problem with our home warranty company, so they refused to fix the problem with the defective unit. We were without air conditioning for several weeks during the heat of summer where the temperatures soared to well over 100 degrees. The told me that they were refusing to stand behind their work and that we were on our own. My wife and I are senior citizens in our 70s, but this didn’t matter to them. I had to install window air conditioners in our bedroom so we would not be overtaken by the heat. We had to have our home warranty company assign a new technician. When he arrived at our house, he discovered our outside unit had a defective shredder valve, and that the exchange unit was not defective. It only took a few minutes to fix our problem instead of leaving us stranded in the heat of summer. I found AireServ’s refusal to stand behind their work appalling and unprofessional, much less their poor attitude and concern for us — their customer.

Having a long term relationship with Aire Serve is like working with Goldilocks and the 3 bears! They are “Just right” in their customer support! I hate always being faced with a new vendor for my home….. because nothing is personal in today’s customer service world……. Until you start working with AireServe!!!! A family run service more because it FEELS like you are a part of their family when they become your team! From Pam at the Office to Steven who provides the service, they have made me feel I matter to them…..AND they sure seem to know their stuff!!!

Prompt, kind and professional service.
Prompt- out to my house and fixed the issue within 24 hours.
Kind- Pam was very helpful with my slight shift in schedule change and was able to get someone out.
Professional - the technician, Marqua, was very professional, polite and timely. He was respectful of my home and got the issue resolved quickly.

Everyone was friendly on the phone on initial contact. Service tech Mark continued with polite friendly attitude. Our issue was blower motor was completed on day 2. Aire Serv did our OGE tune up some years ago and this was our first time to call a service company for a problem. We made a good choice .

Pam at the home office is extremely efficient, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! She looks for a solution rather than make excuses! She was outstanding! The tech they sent out was absolutely amazing also! Very knowledgeable finished the job in a timely manner and expertly done!!!!

Aire Serv of South Tulsa has come to my rescue several times in the last few months! They have fixed a bathroom tub faucet, another bathroom sink faucet, and rebuilt an outdoor faucet! Each time they come to repair it is timely, prompt, and perfection! What a great group of professionals! I highly recommend them with 5 Stars!!!

The Aire Serv technicians were able to find the problem with my A/C unit quickly and get the part ordered. They were able to get the new blower motor installed the following day. The technicians were very courteous and never complained about the heat in the attic which I'm sure was awful because of the humidity and high temperatures we're having right now.

Aire Serv is very easy to do business with. Easy to schedule an appointment and was prompt to tell me my service tech was running late due to problems found on previous site. Arrived in the original time window agreed on. Tech was very courteous and kept me informed of all actions. Very pleased, will definitely call them for future AC problems.

Jordan came to look at unit and told us the compressor was bad and he would have to look for new one. Told my dad he would be right back with temporary window unit until he could find a new compressor, never came back with one. Jordan called a few days later and said Kenmore stopped producing the compressors for our unit and we would need to get a new unit installed for 11k. Something didn't feel right so we got second opinion and lo and behold it was the capacitor which is a 20 dollar part! I would not recommend these people to anyone unless they want to be charged for something they absolutely don't need. Thanks for making my dad sit in the heat of August knowing he has cancer and trying to rob him blind!

Friendly, professional and courteous! I’ve been using Aire Serv for over 2 years. I’m getting better service than I ever got with the others. No frills just show up and do the job! I recommend them fully.

They were great about getting somebody right out my house because we are elderly and have no good. James was our service tech and he was phenomenal worked hard on the issue and was very good at communicating. Some things that I needed. He also got me signed up for some good extra protection for our units thank you James and thank you Air Serv.

My wife called due to a service maintenance policy. Stephen and Chris came out to my house and washed both of my air conditioners. They checked them out and determined my smaller unit was low on Freon. I had them put some into the unit. They were professional and did a good job.
