Great experience with this company. They made sure my house was cool by putting in window units before they fixed my air conditioning system. The technicians Ethan, Casie and Christian were very knowledgeable and courteous. Jordan answered all my questions and concerns. Thank u for a great job!

This is the greatest company, couldn't ask for a more professional, knowledgable, or kinder person. I recommend them 100%. When no one else could help they did in a 4 hour window, same day. We had no air on a 100+ day.. thank you Terry. Price was within our budget and lower than we thought it would be. I pray all blessings on this business.

First time with air Serv and very affordable to service a/c twice a year. The tech Marqua was very polite and professional. Took good care of my hvac.

I highly recommend! They made a very stressful experience into a pleasant one. Fast, courteous, and reasonably priced, there's not much more you can ask for in a repair company. Larry went over and above to get my heater working and Air Tech has found a customer for life!

I was recommended by this company because they are in the bixby chamber and the company I work for us also in the bixby chamber. Upon getting the service call Pam was great. They have a $100 service fee to come out and if you get services then they waive the $100 fee. When Craig came out he thought it was an easy fix and only charged me the service fee…. Well it was more than just an easy fix and they initially said it needs a full rewire when it didn’t. They recommended another blower which was $800 so we did that. Now they are saying we need a whole new unit. And there’s nothing they can do. I called another company and they said that it was a leak that caused it. Please be aware of this type of company because they’re not in this for the betterment of their clientele it’s all about the $$$ amount. It’s distasteful

I appreciate Cam and Dan so much! They replaced one of our units and repaired the other! The units work great and their guys were both courteous and professional. I will absolutely be using them again and will tell my friends too! Thank you again!

Great people. Had a guy come out yesterday to see if my ducts needed cleaning. He checked and told me they were fine. Took a quick look at my HVAC system and we talked about upgrading the unit. He was very informative and made it clear that he wasn't going to try and sell me anything I didn't absolutely need.

Had a service call on my unit today. Filled my (almost empty) freon. Found a leak and now I'm waiting on an estimate for leak repair. Great customer service.

Side note: The cost of freon is absolutely ridiculous.

We have used Air Serv for over 10 years. They are truly the best. I always feel like I am their highest priority! BTW, Robert is great.

We recently changed our service to AireServ and we're glad we did!
Today the a/c in our machine shop was blowing hot air. I called it in, and Dan & Jordan were here in 15 minutes! And, it was fixed and running in less time than that!
Excellent service from these folks. I highly recommend.

Dan came out and was about to get my AC serviced and blowing cold again in one visit! He also was very helpful in setting up a game plan for future services to maintain it as well as potential repairs needed. For a Planner like me that is awesome!!! Will be using them and so nice to have an AC and More company I can trust now!

Had Cole come out and install a water heater for me. It was an emergency as I was leaving the next morning for a vacation. He did a great job! Great company. Highly recommend.

Still amazed by the service we received. We had a few parts burn out on our heating unit so I called Airserv. Dan and the other tech showed up the same day, were super professional and looked up the warranties on all the parts. We ended up only paying for labor because all the parts were under warranty. I didn’t even know we had them.

After dealing with dishonest technician with a home warranty company I was very happy to do business with Aire Serv of South Tulsa. They replaced my downstairs unit in one day with just a couple days notice. The whole process from requesting a quote to having the unit installed took just 4 days and that included a weekend.

Very pleased with price and service. I felt comfortable leaving the crew working at home with my son while I worked and they did a great job and left the environment very clean.

Jordan and is helper did a great job, they have continually been a big help to our church and their expertise and skills have been valueable

Jordan was great, I’ve used Aire serve for several years. I truly feel they have went downhill in the last couple years. Same $, less service. I always did the plan for a reasonable fee for fall and spring tune-ups they raised it and don’t even change air filter anymore. What am I paying for? Then you have things come up despite their supposedly tune up and checking it twice a year and ends up costing you a fortune anyways.

Had Cole come out, due to our system not cooling property. After further inspection of the unit, he had found that the part was actually under warranty and saved us lots of money. Great company, great people.

Company is engaged in sending unsolicited text messages. I do not appreciate spam texts or calls trying to trick me into contacting a company. I would never do business with a company that operates in this manner. Use ads and better marketing like everyone else.

Highly recommend this company for service or install. My experience started with a poor service visit from another company. I called Aire Serv based on a referral from a friend. They were all courteous and responsive. After a couple of visits over a week it was determined I needed a new condenser. Since my furnace was already >20 years old and my failed condenser was on the phased out Freon, it made the most economical sense to have an entirely new system installed.
I spoke to several employees over a few weeks and all were great to work with.
I had a couple of minor cosmetic things that needed to be adjusted after the install and they came right out to resolve to my satisfaction.
This is a reputable company that operates their business as if they want to keep their customers unlike other companies I have dealt with.
