I needed an inspection done right away due to a rapid close date approaching. I called around and most inspectors were booked out for at least 15 days. To say I was impressed with Steve’s inspection would be an understatement! The first home inspection he did for us saved us thousands in unknown electrical repairs. When we needed another inspection on a different home a few weeks later I knew I wanted someone who was very thorough- especially because we are buying our house remotely/site unseen. Not only was the turn around time for the report very fast but it was also extremely detailed and easy to understand for someone like me who is not well versed.
