Steve from Inspection Brothers LLC came out and did our home inspection. He was on time, VERY prepared for the job with tools appropriate for the job and shoe coverings to protect the floors/carpeting. He did a thorough job, documenting his notes with photos. Steve took the time to explain issues or positive items during the inspection. When he had completed the inspection, Steve took the time to review with me and insure my questions were answered. I received the report promptly. I will recommend both Steve and Inspection Brothers LLC.

They just completed my inspection yesterday. I was not able to meet them, but their email communications have been great. I received my digital report the same day as inspection and it included photos and videos so it was easier for me to understand what they were referring to. They sent a home safety booklet for us to reference as well. We looked around at many businesses before choosing an inspector. Inspection Brothers had the cheapest service, while still including all of the services needed for the inspection. Booking an appointment was easy and they were able to get me in the next week. 10/10 recommend!

Steve was very thorough and explained everything while doing the inspection as well. Very knowledgeable and good at what he does! Our report was done quickly after the inspection and had several helpful tips in it as well. I would highly recommend Inspection Brothers to anyone and everyone.

Chase and Steve inspected the house I am buying. They are extremely thorough and check every corner. They inspected everything well and also explained the inspection items to me. The online report with complete details, pictures and videos is really well made. The report also gives you suggestions or recommendations how to fix the items.I am very happy with their service. Steve recently performed an inspection on a property for us. He was very professional and quickly answered any questions we had. The inspection report was received within AN HOUR. My goodness! This was very impressive alone, but the content was amazing. On items that we could repair ourselves, DIY videos were included. Also videos with verbal explanations of what he was examining or discovered were included on his inspection report. I highly recommend Inspection Brothers!

It was an amazing experience working with the Inspection Brothers. They really do an amazing job and know what to look for and where to look. Not only do they take pictures and videos they give very detailed descriptions.if any issues found. They also list local contractors licensed to do the repairs if needed and have the option with a link to request a quote from the contractors right from your Inspection report. I would absolutely recommend them I was very satisfied with the home Inspection and easy to read user friendly report.

Chase with Inspection Brothers was extremely thorough. He was very proficient and had everything streamlined through a digital application system where he could add videos and pictures to the report as he inspected. Chase looked at every square inch of the house and shop finding things I’d have easily missed. The final report is extremely helpful and includes quick links on how to repair noted items if you wish to do so yourself. I thought I knew what a good home inspector looked like but Inspection Brothers just went to the next level. I was very impressed. Well worth the cost.

Steve has been very cordial, and has responded to correspondence with lightning speed. I didn't attend the actual inspection, but trust him fully.

UPDATE - Seemed like a great company. Kept me informed and walked me through any issues while home buying however there were some things that were overlooked and should not have been.

The tub is built in and had leaked previously you could tell by the smell. I assumed it was corrected because no one said anything but no. After using the tub I noticed water pooling up underneath it. I hired a guy to look at it and as soon as he took the panel off you could see the piping is not even connected…

There were also lights added beneath the cabinets that were left with copper wires out. These are big hazard issues that are going to cost a lot and something we would have had previous home owners fix if the inspections would have not overlooked it.

Just an absolutely amazing experience! Steve was fantastic to work with, his explanations and detailed reporting of our home inspection was so much more than I have ever experienced! My wife and I are confident in our purchase because of what Steve was able to show us! Even the sellers of the home were grateful for the details provided! I cannot recommend Inspection Brothers enough, if you are buying a home or just wanting to check on the condition of yours, Inspection Brothers has to be your go to! Thank you Steve!!

Paid for a “full inspection” and an air quality test. Inspector Steve never got up in the attic (just poked his head in off a ladder) for the so called “full inspection” he said there was “no headroom”. (Even though I am 6’5 230 pounds and have now been up there many times) Come to find out there’s an area of about 6’x6’ of mold in the attic on top of the Sheetrock. That doesn’t just appear over night.

We had excellent and quick service from Inspection Brothers before buying our new house. They gave us a very comprehensive report listing the problem, type of contractor or handyman needed for repairs and list of contractors they recommended to call. Steve was prompt, polite and THUROUGH in his inspection. All findings were clearly documented and explained. The online report with photos and videos is extremely easy to use and understand. I also love that you can create a report directly from the inspection report for for repairs or allowance requests! Steve responded immediately to all emails and was extremely helpfull. Inspectors were friendly and explained their findings, answered all questions and spent all the time we needed if there was something we didn’t quite understand. Inspectors were very thorough in their duties, crawling in the crawl spaces looking into all electric panels and gave us their recommendations on items that were deficient or needed attention!
