Constraction reviews in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

AEI was extremely professional and very thorough. I was confident they provided us with most comprehensive and accurate home inspection report when we purchased our family home!

As a Realtor, I enjoy working with companies that provide the same level of service as I do! AEI-Tulsa Home Inspection is one such company! They are on time, polite, and they perform a complete home inspection. They are detailed in their work and show pride in what they do.

Chad was on time, took time to hear about our drainage issue created by new construction on the lot next door. Came up with a solution and produced our report and drawings in just 3 days. Very satisfied!

Professional and informative. The
Engineer answered my questions and also asked questions, was energetic and full of knowledge. Hard to find interest in old houses but AEI appears to be proficient and knowledgable in this area. Grateful for their prompt response. Report was available quickly.

This inspection company is the bees' knees! When you're shopping around and pricing different companies, be sure to ask if the other company will have an actual structural engineer in attendance. Chances are, they won't! Buying a home is a major committment; it's a bit like getting married. It's what you'll leave everyday to go to work for and what you will come home to every night for the 30+ years. Make sure you know what you're getting into! This is not the time to cut corners. Get an EMP (Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing) Inspection with Aria and a Structural Inspection with Chad or Kenny. You can also schedule a Termite Inspection with them and they will coordinate with the other Inspector to have them done at the same time! These people are honest and they know what they're doing! I trust them and I've referred others to them (including family) repeatedly and have never regretted my decision. Thank you, AEI, for always taking the best care of my Clients! See you at the next one! - Flash

I have used AEI twice, both times they arranged for all the inspectors to show up together, every inspector gave us a preliminary review and suggested future actions. Both times inspection finished in about an hour. Reports afterwards were very detailed and readable.

Chad was excellent. He came highly recommended by several realtor friends and was able to provide us with a thorough drainage report to address our issues. Professional and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend!

I've been working with AEI Inspections for years just because they're the BEST in town. Not only refer them to my clients, but for my own business investments. They're very professional and kind! They treat their customers EXCELLENT!! 💯 % RECOMMENDED!!

great company to work with - very helpful and prompt - I have recommended to friends/family and had great experiences - thanks for everything

Hi. Eric Murray owner of a Rock Famous construction. We are foundation repair company. On a day to day basis we come across several different engineering companies and reports.
I have to say that A.E.I. Knows there stuff. They give a thorough report and very seldom miss any foundation issues. I give these guys a 5 star. They are in my opinion the best I’ve delt with in two plus years.
I refer them to just about every customer bc I know that we will both be able to come up with a solution to stabilize the customers home and keep it from loosing its value.
Home are one of our biggest investment why wouldn’t you want to got with the best.
Thanks for always producing a professional stand point @ fixing Oklahoma home the right way.

Chad, the structural engineer who inspected a property I am purchasing, was fantastic! He was very thorough, explained all his findings in depth, was professional and on time. He was also very personable, an added bonus. I'll recommend this firm to anyone I know who is buying a property and needs a structural inspection.

I was thoroughly impressed with how detailed the inspection results were. They had a specialist for each system: Appliances, structural, … and each person spoke with me live to help me understand all issues, both minor and major. Highly recommend!

Horrible communication, zero accountability. Their recommendations have us needing another estimate and additional piers five years later. They blame Perma Jack and Perma Jack blames them. USE ANYONE ELSE!

As a real estate agent I will always recommend AEI, I've been working with them since March, Aria is always willing to answer any questions my clients may have and he is very professional at what he does, he is always on time! Great Company, also love Chad, had structural inspection for my in-laws and he was really professional.

AEI recently performed a pre and post structural repair inspection confirming the needs and then the affirmation that the recommended repairs were done properly. We appreciate the professionalism and expertise demonstrated by the AEI team.

Aria is an excellent home inspector. He did detailed home inspection, professionally explained and answered on all my questions. Definitely is going to recommend him to my clients. Great job. Thank you!

Used AEI for the purchase of a home we are buying. The inspector was very thorough and gave us clear descriptions of the issues in need of repair through conversation on site and followed up with a formal presentation of issues through email. Would definitely recommend!

I am a 23-year real estate professional and I trust AEI to perform the best licensed structural inspection for my clients. Kenny has saved some buyer clients from purchasing a potential disaster money-pit home. The evaluation and recommendations are always reasonable, based on facts and knowledge of the structural integrity of the home. I highly recommend using AEI for your structural inspection!

This is the second time in 13 years I have used AEI for inspection of my house for settling issues. They are thorough and knowledgeable and worked with my structural company so that everyone knew what was going on. As an added bonus, all the ladies that I spoke with over the phone were professional, kind, and made sure I understood everything and that all my questions were answered. I won’t use anyone but AEI for my structural engineering needs.

As a business owner myself, I really appreciate quality service! My wife and I were blown away with Chad, Ari, and their team at our inspection yesterday! They were thorough yet efficient, friendly, and very informative. Even with a sleepy baby who got fussy at times, they were incredibly patient and kind to our sweet girl and told us not to worry about it at all. We would recommend this team again and again and couldn’t be happier with how our inspection went.

We used AEI for our home inspection on a house we wanted to purchase and they were very thorough. They were on time and very professional. they found issues with that house and saved us from making a huge mistake that would have cost us thousands of dollars had we purchased that home and not known of the true structural damage. I would recommend their services to anyone that truly wants a quality inspection before making a purchase!!!
