This store witch there are many in and around Tulsa ok. But this one the staff very well educated, helpful, and trusting. So for your heating & cooling, plumbing, and electrical needs give these guys a try.

Amazing store for DIY'rs. staff is very helpful and VERY knowledgeable. they helped me more or less step by step on how to install my hot water heater, outdoor copper faucet, and many more!

After a plumbing company came into my house and didn't listen to a word I said about my p-trap and broke my roof pipe snaking something that didn't need to be done, I stopped by here and I didn't catch the ladies name but she was highly knowledgeable on what I needed and explained exactly what I needed to do in detail and made it seem very simple. I have never touched plumbing and was able to fix all the pipes under both my sinks with no problems at all. I actually feel accomplished with what would be a small task for a plumber.

Appalling service. I walked up to the counter with a handful of pvc and waited for one of the 5-6 employees milling about to acknowledge me. Nothing. I mean they were actively working at not making eye contact. I eventually said “Hello?” only to be greeted with a gruff “Yeah.” and an awkward nod. I actually asked him what “yeah” means and was ignored. A woman stocking shelves nearby saw me and came to check me out. Unbelievable. I wanted to give my money to them instead of Lowe’s, but I guess I’ll continue searching for a local company to support.

Edit: I gave two stars instead of one because the prices and selection were good.

Made us crack up when their sign literally says “customer service”. We needed help with PVC pipe and a project and the guys in that department talked to us like we were stupid, didn’t help us and were very rude. The lady working that department was so happy and friendly. Would have loved if the guys took a step off their high horse and actually provided customer service…

I recently purchased a circuit breaker from the Locke Supply Co in Broken Arrow. I was charged $167.86. When I got home, I googled the part brand and part number. I found the exact same breaker at Lowes for $56.96. See attached image. I feel Locke is price gouging.

I just left the store a little while ago today and over heard Jeff (the assistant manager) calling one of the young Hispanic employees a “wet back”. I was horrified. There were customers in the building that overheard that as well. Unbelievable. That employee was a young boy. Hearing that come from Jeff’s mouth was disgraceful. This company is my go to for anything that I need and hearing Jeff call a young male employee a racial slur absolutely put a bad taste in my mouth. Will not be back. HR needs to fire him.

Given a window of 12-5 however Steve was at my home on the earlier side (12:00) that itself is awesome… Steve was great explaining what he was doing and even pointed me in a direction to get a carbon monoxide detector.

Overall success

Our water heater began leaking. The Day before Thanksgiving. They were able to set an appointment for "Black Friday" between 12 and 5 PM. They came at 11:30. They replaced the heater, installed it and removed the old heater in record time. They did a great job and I would use them again without question.

Fantastic service. We called last minute because our AC went out on a 90 degree day. They squeezed us in and Brandon came out near 7pm on a Saturday. He had our AC up and running in under 10 minutes and was very kind and transparent. Will be recommending to friends and family

My story is almost identical to Troy Henson. I’d been nursing the original unit from 2005 and it finally began leaking condensation into my home from the attic. I had previously had Air Assurance help me struggle it along and they would have been happy to do it again. I knew that I was going to be putting money into something that wasn’t going to work forever. Christian and I discussed many options from the least to the higher quality and I came away with a unit I’m very happy with and won’t cause any problems. There was a loose screw on it the day after it was completed and they were here on a weekend in an hour. They sent someone out to replace my attic stairway because it had to be removed to get the old unit out and he put it back sturdier than the original. Everyone was professional, hard working and respectful of my property. They even installed a window unit in the bedroom so we wouldn’t be miserable.

Blake came to check out our water tank. He is always pleasant and thorough. I would recommend Air Assurance any day.

Steven J - 134 was our furnace tech today and he did a great job. Very friendly, even when our big dog wasn't so friendly.! Steven also was very thorough and professional.

We have interacted with four Air Assurance professionals on this project so far, and every single individual has been courteous, personable, and professional. They clearly explained the options for repairing or replacing our air conditioning system and the pros and cons of alternative solutions, and they were helpful in making connections with the credit union we turned to for financing. I gladly give our highest recommendation for Air Assurance.

Air Assurance is my only go-to. They show when they are supposed to, do what is expected. and always keep you knowing what's going on while the job is being done. My plumber Blake Roberts is the best! I always ask for him.

Blake R. and Jerome came to the house to check out what we thought was a backed up drain.They tested the tubs, sink, toilet and washer before they got out any equipment to snake the main drain. Everything flowed fine, so it was decided it must have just been a temporary blockage that resolved itself. Blake R and Jerome were super friendly, polite and professional and knew their business. They also gave us an estimate on some other work we may do eventually.
