HVAC reviews in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

Dylan did a fantastic job replacing our upstairs unit and adding insulation over our bonus areas. Air Assurance also informed us about available rebates, which helped us make the most cost-effective decision. I really appreciated the extra care taken during the installation, protecting the carpet and floors to keep everything clean. Excellent service from start to finish!

This was our first time using Air Assurance. Nate and his trainee Keaton were amazing!! Nate was very knowledgeable and Keaton seemed to be paying attention to all the details Nate was explaining. They both were very professional and we are thankful for them! We will be using Air Assurance in the future!

Had a new hot water heater installed. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. Hat tip to Dyllan Smith for outstanding service. Got the job done quickly and updated a few items to code. Phenomenal work.

I’ve been doing business with Air Assurance for over 10 yrs now. Purchased three systems from them , two new and one repair. Each time they have been great to work with , fair on pricing and professional. They truly value the customer relationship. They are one of the few in the area you can trust that they aren’t just trying to sell you something. Long term customers are their goal. I’ve used several others in the past and I can tell you that these folks are the example of how to do business the right way.

After my HVAC went out, Jay came and gave me estimates on repairs and replacement of parts. He was super helpful and patient and answered all of my questions - and I had a lot of questions - and gave me several options and prices. During the installation of a new coil and other items, Joseph and his coworker did a great job. They were polite and answered all of my questions and Joseph showed me photos of the work. A week later when Karlos inspected the work, I went into the walk-in attic with him. He reviewed the work with me and explained how the repairs would help the unit function better.

Steven did a great job. We have 5 systems and at the conclusion of work on each he stopped and took a moment to give me an assessment. He also turned all the lights out as he left the areas where the various are located. In 30 years here I think that’s the first a technician has done that.

Brandon has serviced this unit on a rental property a couple of times. We have the maintenance contract and he was able to find an issue that other technicians had not found. I was glad to see that he was back out for this service call. Highly recommend, he is a pleasure to work with.

After my previous review, Air Assurance publicly responded that their “care team” would reach out and said, “thank you for the opportunity to make this right.” That outreach never happened.
At the time, I was still enrolled in their maintenance plan and expected my biannual service appointment on Monday, January 19. No one showed up and no one called.
I contacted the company on Tuesday to ask about the missed appointment and was told the service manager, Melissa, would call me back. She did not. I called again on Wednesday and was then told by a customer service representative that our account had been placed on a “do not service” list.
I’m sharing this so others are aware: after raising concerns, leaving an honest review, and repeatedly attempting to communicate by email and phone, I was told they wanted the opportunity to make things right, then received no follow-up, and was ultimately removed from service entirely, without any notice.
This has been my experience as a long-term customer. -
We commissioned Air Assurance put in a new air conditioner. Apparently they had a run on this new kind of air conditioner and did not have one to install. So instead they installed a heat pump. Which we told them we did not want. And because it would not work with our thermostat, we were charged an extra 200 and some dollars. We called them to ask why the condenser outside came on when the heater was running and rather than tell us the just installed a heat pump, and this is how a heat pump works. We wanted them to undo what they messed up and install what we asked for. Instead they explained how we could set the thermostat to bypass the heat pump. So now we have to either set the thermostat for heat, or cool. If we set it to automatically change to heat in the night, it engages the heat pump. Which in Okla , with our extreme temperature changes does not work satisfactorily. They are about to hear from our attorneys.

Had a tune up on our furnace today. The technician was polite, efficient and very friendly. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job! Will definitely use them again.

I am so impressed with Air Assurance. After reaching out to several places and complete run around I about gave up on replacing our HVAC. I decided to try one more place Air Assurance and I’m glad I did. Jay came out here the very next day, he took the time to listen to our needs and concerns. He discussed some different options and helped us decide the one that would work best for us. No run around, no lies, no trying to sell us something we didn’t need, he was upfront and honest. Our primary source of heat is propane which gets extremely expensive in the winter. He recommended a heat pump to that will save us tremendously on propane. Scheduling an install time was quick and easy. The crew that came out to install were extremely knowledgeable and proficient in their work. They worked very hard and did quality work. We replaced entire HVAC system, sealed ductwork and added inst. The crew took before and after pictures of the attic and it was a complete transformation. Replacing an entire HVAC system is not cheap, so you need that advisor to provide the upfront honest information about the various system options. I look forward much lower energy bills and will definitely be doing business with Air Assurance again and will highly recommend them

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
On 12/4, I contacted this company and clearly explained that I needed a gas regulator valve replaced on my gas fireplace. The representative confirmed they could handle this type of work, though she mentioned I might need to supply the part myself. That surprised me, since most companies avoid using customer-provided parts due to warranty and safety considerations, but I proceeded because she assured me the technician would call beforehand to confirm everything.
The technician called about 20 minutes before arrival as a courtesy and was extremely polite and professional. When he arrived, I explained the situation again. He looked at the fireplace and told me that their company is not allowed to perform this type of work. He stepped outside to confirm with his supervisor, then let me know the service-call fee would still apply. He was respectful, and I don’t fault him at all.
After he left, I called the office expecting the charge to be reversed since the company was unable to provide the service. The supervisor I spoke with seemed irritated that I requested a refund and told me to call back in the morning.
The next morning, I began a series of calls that lasted several days. I was told repeatedly that the only person who could issue a refund was either not in yet, out of reach, or on vacation—though the details kept changing. I was told I would receive return calls, but none ever came. Each time I called, I explained the situation respectfully, but I was given the same information over and over with no progress.
At the end of this process, I was still charged $99 for a service the company was unable to perform, despite having been told at the time of scheduling that they could handle the job.
To top it off I get the automated messages asking me to leave a 5 star review to rub salt in the wound.
This review reflects my personal experience, and your experience may vary. My intention is not to harm the business but to share what occurred so others are aware of the challenges I encountered. I am still pursuing a resolution so the charge can be corrected. -
Just had my heating maintenance inspection done and Air Assurance did another great job. Nathan was there when he stated he would be and was very efficient and knowledgeable. In my experiences with AA I can say service has been fantastic.

Beware. Overpriced in a time of need. I used to use this company, but now I’m second guessing my choices. Charged $319 to replace a simple capacitor(15 minute job) that was under warranty. Service call was not dropped after agreeing to repair.
Update. They want me to reach out to customer care. They are the ones that should put out effort to contact me to resolve any issues. More proof this company has lost its way and does not care about the customer. -
Air Assurance plumbing, more specifically Steve M. was timely, professional and knowledgeable. He provided estimates before starting and kept me informed as the repairs progressed. Additionally, he presented photos of before and after the repairs.
Steve and his assistant did an outstanding job and we enjoyed meeting them.
Thank you, Air Assurance Plumbing.

Nathaniel with Air Assurance did a great job doing routine maintenance check on our furnace all while the baby is squealing/playing music and dogs are barking in the other room. Very polite, called before showing up and quick with minimal disruption of our morning routine. We signed up for the regular checkups last time he serviced our furnace and no regrets here!

Scott from Air Assurance did an outstanding job servicing my HVAC today. He truly understands the science behind what he does and takes the time to explain everything clearly. He made sure I was informed about my system’s maintenance and potential upgrade options—without any sales pressure. I appreciated his practical safety advice, like recommending a carbon monoxide detector. He went above and beyond by waiting while I ran to the store to buy my own air filters (cheaper), and he was even kind to my dog! Thorough, professional, and genuinely kind—Scott couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend

Cody and Chris came out on time and were very professional. Walked us through what was going on with the system and gave us several options. Highly recommend.

Cale saved me and my elderly mom on the hottest day after our compressor failed on our A/C. He came out at night, diagnosed the issue, got us temporarily up and running, and then came back the next day for a permanent fix. My whole family now has an A/C guy!!! Highly recommend.

So glad I reached out to Cale! This company gave me an honest second opinion after I was told I needed to replace my whole HVAC system (which was NOT correct). Turns out, it just needed a new fan motor and some connecting pieces. They even took it apart and got it running temporarily during the initial inspection and showed me exactly what the issue was and why. I appreciate their great communication and transparency.
