Dillon Chambers, Dylan Ward, Patrick Considine, Abram and Jaiden all were nothing short of Amazing!!! My AC unit would not come on when I got home from work. I called and said someone would be out before 9pm. Brandon showed up and was the best! Found that a wire had come loose and had me up and going quick. After speaking with him on another issue I’d been dealing with he found out I had a clogged drain! He got that fixed as well! Once the invoice came I knew it was going to be after hours pay but it was reasonable!
I will be getting an estimate for a complete system overhaul very soon!

Amazing crew! Professional, courteous, and get the job done right! Will absolutely be using them again, and recommend them to anyone with any kind of leak (we had major water pipe leak that they fixed and coming back to fix the gas leak). Thank you so much!!

My AC unit has been dying a slow death for a couple years and I had been just having freon added as needed to keep the system cooling. It finally reached a point where the freon (R22) was going to be as much or close to a new outside unit. I was reluctant to call a salesman know that they would come in and pressure me into buying a whole system and add on all kinds of things that I would love to have but just was not in the budget in my head.
I finally called Air Assurance and was connected with Christian Langley. He contacted me and was able to work with my schedule and come at the most convenient time available. He took the time to ask me questions on what I needed and wanted. He did an inspection of what I already had, even looked at my newer unit with no issues, and explained to me his initial thoughts and made sure he new what I wanted and also that I understood what was possible. He said he would take some time and work up at least 3 options for me and get them sent over y the end of the day. He delivered on time and exactly what he said he would provide. The options were very clear and fit the guidelines we had discussed.
Based on what he was able to work out we found an option that would allow me to replace the entire system and provide me with a safe and efficient system that would be covered by warranties all within my original budget.
The process was all digital to get the option I wanted and then the installers were able to schedule my install within a couple of DAYS!.
The day before installation I received a reminder that they would be coming and about what time to expect them. The morning of the install I was contacted 15 minutes before they arrived so I had time to prepare with the animals in the house.
Karlos and CoWhan showed up, introduced themselves and gave a brief explanation of the install plan while they did a walkthrough of the area that they would be working. They wore shoe coverings even after I said it was no trouble. After they had explained what they were going to do the proceeded to setup their work areas and prepared the flooring using protectant in all areas where they thought they might need to walk. They made sure the areas were clear of anything of mine that could get damaged and they got to work. They stopped to go retrieve some parts they needed that were unexpected (flue for furnace was in a different spot than expected and had to be extended). They asked if it would be ok if they left and grabbed lunch while they were out to reduce any further stoppage time. They returned in less than an hour and completed the rest of the install.
During each step of the process they vacuumed the area of any debris that may have dropped from the removal of the old system. They improved the base from the original home build and sealed up the area the until sits in to ensure no leaks would be present.
After completion they walked me through the operation of the new system, inside and out. They mentioned the maintenance that should be done and how often and what type of filters to purchase for the unit. Then they completed the cleanup of all areas and made sure there was no wire clippings or covers left inside the house or outside.
Overall this experience was well beyond any expectation I had and wish I had called 3 years ago, I would have saved more money with the new system.
Have already referred family to give them a call for HVAC and plumbing.
Hard to see but they reran the copper in the closet so it wasn't just looping and hanging, as well as replaced the drain and new cleanout on the drain. None of this was 'required', they could have left it the way it was but they took great care and pride in the work they did. Great job to the team over at Air Assurance!

Cody and Caleb worked together on my house to locate and repair a gas leak. They were courteous, professional, informative and determined. They worked with the upmost integrity and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Air Assurance! you are the best, in my judgment!!!

Needed someone to come out on a Sunday. Both of the service guys were super friendly and informative, explaining and showing me what was happening. Unfortunately, extensive work was needed on AC and heating units. Wasn’t suprised, saw it coming for awhile. On the day of service, arrived on time. Was an all day job. Very respectful going in and out of house. When they were finished, they showed me both units, they moved the new AC unit over where the dryer vent wasn’t blowing in to it. Also helped me with connecting new thermostat to wi-fi and adding to my phone. Have used Air Assurance previously and have been very satisfied with their work and professionalism. Will continue to use them as needed in the future.

From the quote visit to completion, everyone that came to my house did a great job for me. The salesman did not continually try to upsell me more than I expressed interest in. He arrived within 2 hours of my call to request a quote. He got down to business and made it easy for me.
The installation techs were fast, professional, respectful, and they performed quality work.
I would recommend using these guys.

Blue called ahead of time to confirm his arrival time and showed up right when he said he would.
He was both friendly and informative explaining all the work he did and what we can do to keep our hvac unit healthy for as long as possible.

The technicians that came and installed my tankless water heater. Were fantastic they were on time and went into a crawl space that I thought was impossible to get in to run the vent. Kept me informed throughout the day and left the work areas clean at the end of the day. Matter of fact the didn’t even take time to eat.

Josephine did a cleaning and maintenance check on my heating system today and discovered my thermostat needed to be replaced. She replaced it quickly and showed me how to use it. She was very friendly and professional. I appreciate the service I get from Air Assurance.

When I signed up for your service plan in the spring it was sold to me in terms of having two free service appointments. The technician lead me to believe you would come out twice for any reason without charging the $90 service fee. However, that is absolutely not the case.

When my wife attempted to schedule our fall appointment we were told we were calling too early. Then, when we called back as instructed, we were given the obscene options of either a month from now (i.e. the day after Thanksgiving) or December 12th. We explain we need something sooner due to a rattling noise coming from the heater, which was previously cleaned in the spring by your technician. So we are given a five hour window today that your technician would show up.

We paid $90 for your technician to listen to our heater for less than five minutes. I would not recommend to anyone to buy this additional maintenance plan they attempt to sell you on. It doesn't cover near as much as you think it is supposed to.

Josephine is very knowledgeable about all our heat and air units. She was doing our annual heating maintenance on our normal heating systems and also we have 2 mini splits in my husbands garage and she was able to work on those also - not all Heat & Air companies can work on mini splits. I would highly recommend Air Assurance for all your HVAC needs.

The installers were professional and cautious. They worked cleanly and efficiently. Very happy with the work performed. The whole team did a great job.

Air Assurance sent Billy out for a furnace clean-out and investigated a potential cracked heat exchanger. I have had regular seasonal tune-ups and none were as thorough as Bill’s work. He went way above and beyond to ensure my old system was safe and operating normal. He also didn’t mind educating me on the situation of my furnace given its age and provided multiple options to consider other than replacement and upgrade. This indicates competence, professionalism, and highest ethics that it seems hard to find with other service companies.

Our heater went out when it started getting cold. I didn't know who to call but and thankful I called this company. They came out the same day and checked everything out and gave me an estimate for replacing the current equipment we have with exactly the same brand and type The next day the comfort Specialist came out and discussed the difference and up grades in the equipment and their membership plan. After figuring out the financial part of replacing the heater I called Steven and the install was scheduled for 2 days later. Dylan came out and took care of the removal and installation of the new unit. He answered all my questions and was very professional. I definitely will not be using another company for my heating or cooling needs. Air Assurance is amazing.

My upstairs AC went out at the end of last summer so I knew I’d be replacing it this year, this is my third HVAC purchase over several homes and Air Assurance was the absolute BEST to work with by far! Christian came out for an estimate and did the most thorough walkthrough out of the 3 estimates/companies I received, taking several photos and climbing around tall attic space to check everything. He was the most informative, honest, and had the best solution for previous duct work that wasn’t properly put in and to make sure my new system would be running it’s best. He sent out Kade and his crew who were just as awesome, they had to clean up a huge mess of duct work and a lot of trash from a previous install before putting the new system in and couldn’t have been more impressed from start to finish, I’m one to notice the “the little things” and this company had so many. They’re the first that I’ve worked with that laid down plastic from my backdoor all the way upstairs to where my HVAC is located, barely making a mess as they worked for two days, and then vacuumed up before leaving. The brand new HVAC and the location it’s in looked so much nicer, even the wiring they did outside looked a hundred times better than what was previously there and matched the color of it to my house. They’re also the only company out of the other estimates I received that do two separate walk throughs so you know everything is up to code and they also go the extra mile with sealing everything to prevent leaks. They were always so kind and respectful of my property, I’m a recent young widow to four children and this could’ve easily been an overwhelming experience but Air Assurance, Christian, Kade, and his team made it as painless as possible. I truly couldn’t be happier with the work they provided, thank you so much!

They do very good work but they're a little light on service tecs and it can take a while even if you pay for the Priority service. They've always been a little expensive but they've always been fast. Like so many companies they've gotten too big

Great service from start to finish. Michael Lor and his crew are professional , punctual and talented. Storms and rainy weather conditions did not stop them from getting our new system installed and working on time. Top notch!
