Such a great company. We called 2 other companies and couldn't get anyone to call us back or even answer their phones. Terri with RPM got back to us in less than an hour and had someone out to the house in 48 hours. Darin answered all of questions and even made an extra visit to meet with the electrician to make sure the correct electrical equipment was being installed. The day of install Darin and Aiden were on time and did a great job. They cleaned up after them selves showed us how to operate the system and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. I'm honestly so happy we went with RPM and definitely won't need to call around for future projects. We will be life long customer's.

Brennan, our tech, is very nice and makes sure everything is taken care of, and even saved me a little money because I didn’t need a part they initially thought I needed! I like the honesty and down to earth attitudes with a ‘get you taken care of, no matter what’ work ethic makes me feel more at ease with the maintenance of my house cooling and heating! Thank you to Don for coming out and demonstrating the tankless hot water flush! I also appreciate that they show up when they say and keep me up to date when and where the tech is! I appreciate the ‘arrival text’ because of my dogs!
