We have had 5 service calls on our Commercial Refrigeration Box over the last 7 years, & each time, Summit was right there to help. Very knowledgeable & they do fabulous work. We had a leak this last time & they were right on it. We won't use anyone else!!

I can't recommend Summit enough. They perform regular maintenance on my heat and AC as well as related services. They also installed a new water heater. Their techs are professional and helpful, and everyone I have worked with communicates clearly. They have recommended other businesses for items they may not handle, and those businesses have all been great as well. Great experience. Technicians name was Zach. He was professional and polite. Came out the night of our issue….thermostat malfunction. He explained the ins and outs and gave us options. Offered their service plan, which we will probably do in the near future..good deal. I’ll give him a six star rating if the thermostat keeps working! Office person we spoke to on the phone also very sweet and courteous.
