My hvac was freezing up every time we turned it on. We had to get a technician👷‍♂️out here to see what was the problem. So I called Triple Play Home Services. We had a 37 year old system that had 2 leaks. One thing I learned, is next time you buy a house 🏡, call Triple Play Home services to check out your hvac before you buy! Ours was not up to current code & using old freon that we were not aware of. Our inspector failed to mention this when we bought this home in Nov. 2024. Triple Play's technician is 100% honest and explained to me that repairing old would cost more than purchasing a new one. When I called, they were out within a few hours since they had a cancelation. Their sales tech took noticed of when I said the heat triggers my multiple sclerosis symptoms & I will have flares-up if I cannot get my hvac serviced. Tomorrow, is our 1st day of the year to get up to 90°. What I mean is that we paid for their membership package that is normally for 1 year membership & instead they had a BOGO sale where we get 2 years of their membership for the price of 1. The membership includes same day services, 10% off on products when we have to buy & does not charge the service fee to come out to look at the unit. 🙂 Highly recommend.

Therefore, the old dinosaur 🦖 hvac with old freon must be replaced with a new system! Triple play Home services helped us with this too! They were able secure a loan for us to purchase the new hvac unit! They came out the next day at 8:30am to begin working on our system. Since, old system had the copper pipping underground & the house settling. They made sure to go through the attic & down to the hvac unit for us. Makes sense due to our home being built in 1978. They, respected my attic space to allow me to still have storage & cleaned up the area where they were working. I highly recommend Triple Play Home services for your hvac needs! I have been using Triple Play now for a year for plumbing and HVAC, and they have been great to work with and are much more affordable than other companies I've worked with. Zach, in particular, was extremely knowledgeable in everything he was doing and even taught me a couple of things I didn't know about maintaining my homes equipment. I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC work done on their systems!

Two very nice young men, Mike & Joe, did maintenance work on our heater system today. They were extremely polite, informative, and helpful. I would definitely recommend their service, and will use them again.

Joe W. did a fabulous job helping us today. He did a furnace tune up and even offered to take out our trash and asked if he could do anything else to be of help to us! The price was very reasonable as well.

Johnathan was the 3rd plumber to look at our problem. The other 2 said we needed major repairs. Jonathan actually looked at the equipment and fixed it for a fraction of the price the others quoted. He also diagnosed another problem we were having in just a couple of minutes and told us what to do to get it fixed.

Technician Michael White came out today for an AC tune up before this Oklahoma heat comes in. He did a fantastic job and thoroughly cleaned out my condenser unit. Would recommend TRIPLE PLAY for everyone's AC and heating needs.

Cody came out the same day I called, he fixed my heater all in one day with no issues. Very courteous and efficient. Will definitely call Triple Play again if needed.

Michael White came at the time he was scheduled. He was very personable and friendly. He took time to show me my filter and showed me how to put a replacement in. He was thorough with what he did and explained so that I understood. He informed me of a special the company is having and how I could benefit from the duct cleaning. He was knowledgeable of how to input the svc call info into his tablet. I would recommend Triple Play to everyone.

The annual service contract makes it really easy. They proactively come out and tune up my A/C right before it gets hot, my Furnace before it’s cold, my garage door, my electrical system, my filters. They try hard to find small things and fix them for free, before they become big things that they have to charge me for. Great job.

This was the first time I had reached out to Triple Play Home Services. Zach came to do furnace tune-up & I was delighted w/ how the visit went. He allowed me to watch & explained each step as he went along using equipment to visualize internal parts as necessary. I also bought a membership to save on the cost of future visits.

Really appreciated how technician Zach was willing to slow down his work and answer my millions of questions and cover all of my concerns about our furnace. They ended up changing my thermostat wiring and he had another technician come to help him out I believe his name was Jose. They let me know we had a water leak up in the attic which I appreciate. Have used triple play multiple times and this is by far my best experience with the technicians.

I spoke with Keith regarding my furnace that was fairly new but had some parts go out on it just as the cold weather was rolling through town. He was very thorough in explaining the warranties on the unit, got replacement parts in quickly, and a service man out to make the repairs. Keith's professionalism and kindness truly contributed to making this season brighter and definitely warmer. Cody, the service man was swift and professional and provided excellent service.

Outstanding service and response time under adverse weather conditions. Bryan was very professional and explained all our options before servicing our garage door which had a broken spring. We have called upon the company’s services a couple times now and could not be happier with our experience with Bryan and Brock. Thanks again for the good work. Triple Play has been to the house for a couple of things since they were recommended to me and I could not be happier with the work they have done. They explain what I need and why and answered all my questions. Also helped me with things I didn't know I needed a d explained why and how often I would need that maintenance done, without doing the hard sell -- just telling me what to look ahead for so I could plan ahead and not find myself with a more expensive issue due to lack of routine maintenance I didn't realize I needed. They are also honest enough to tell you what you don't need and why. Great, knowledgeable craftsmen with integrity.

Ace is a great fella. He fixed up a problem I didn't even know I had. I cannot recommend him enough.

Recently had a furnace tune-up performed. Clean bill of health going into the winter months. Mike and Bryan were amazing!
They were prompt on app. time and very knowledgeable about my HVAC system. They offered a variety of other services I was not aware of. I will continue using them due to their professionalism and honesty.
