Very thorough service of our furnaces. They inspected everything and cleaned some parts as well. They were very knowledgeable and explained what they found with photos. I’ll definitely use them again.

Triple play Came in clutch. Selling our house the inspector found a few items they wanted addressed. I had just received a flyer for Triple Play services in my mailbox. I gave them a call and had the services I needed scheduled relatively quickly. Both technician showed up and took care of business. Had great communications throughout the entire process. I definitely will call Triple play back when I need their assistance and service.

I contacted Triple Play Home Services after my current company called and cancelled my appointment the day before they were supposed to come out. I talked to Triple Play on a Thursday and made an appointment for Tuesday. The technician, Zach, arrived during the appointment window and was very friendly and thorough. He clearly explained everything he was doing and what all the test readings meant. My outdoor units have never been cleaner, Zach actually climbed into one of my units so he could reach the leaves that had accumulated inside. I opted for the membership which includes maintenance on my two units twice a year for three years. Triple Play has an A rating with the BBB and has been in business since 2009 so I am very confident that my membership investment will pay off.

Triple Play recently helped my elderly parents with a clogged drain, and I cannot praise them enough. They promptly scheduled an appointment that suited my mom. Jonathan arrived during a heavy rainstorm and immediately made a positive impression by covering his shoes to avoid tracking in mud. He was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He quickly resolved the drain issue and, at my parents' request, installed a new garbage disposal. My parents appreciated his clean work area and how he treated them like family. My 89-year-old mom and 88-year-old dad are not easily impressed by younger generations' work ethic, but my mom was ecstatic after Jonathan left. She called me immediately to express her satisfaction and said they would always call Triple Play for future needs. Thank you for taking such great care of my parents; you are awesome!

Hired Triple Play to raise the two clean outs on our sewer line and install caps. The worker came out the same day, got the job done quickly and efficiently. They charged $550.

We had a gas fireplace insert that would not light. I was quoted a flat rate and that was exactly what I paid. Jonathan arrived early, was very personable and professional and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Lance provided a thorough overview of the work performed, including photographs, and clearly explained his observations. He also offered one optional service recommendation without any pressure. Lance delivered exceptional service, and I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail.
