We recently had to replace our heat and air. A task no one looks forward to doing. We decided to get several quotes to find the best deal. The minute Triple Play showed up we knew we could trust them to do the job right. They weren’t in a rush and took the time to answer all our questions. The next day, they arrived on time to install our new system. They even made some adjustments to the ducts in our attic to ensure our new system would run efficiently. Triple Play hit it out of the park and we would definitely use them again.

Lisa answered the phone was very helpful and informative. The Technician, Jonathan did a wonderful job installing the Tankless Water Heater, and explained things to us. Thank you Triple Play!

Update: They just completed same day service at my office. It was great and exactly what I needed.
These guys did my house and a rental house back to back. I didn’t have to sit and watch them. I’m using them every time. They texted me updates while they were installing and when they finished they called to check in on me. They are so good.

Mike informed us of his pending arrival. He was polite and professional when he arrived. He completed our biannual maintenance in a timely fashion and reported that everything was in good shape. We appreciate the service we receive from Graco H&A and their technicians.

Highly recommend this company. We have had Landen out twice now, once for a repair and again today for scheduled maintenance. Both times he provided phenomenal service! Not only has he been extremely knowledgeable and able to fix any issues we’ve had he has also been extremely kind and considerate. Our baby was taking a nap and he worked quietly, always texting instead of knocking as to not wake her up. 10/10 customer service.

This was the first time I had service done by Triple Play Home Services, and I hired them for two houses that I own. The same tech serviced both houses (Michael White). Michael did a very thorough service and cleaning. For one of the houses, this was the first time servicing the unit since we moved in last year. He discovered a capacitor that was bad and was able to replace it quickly because he had the necessary part on the truck. He showed me the reading on the meter and I would know if he was just trying to up-sell. He was telling the truth: the capacitor needed replaced. He explained how a bad capacitor would lead to high electricity bills so replacing it would greatly reduce bills. Last year we topped $300 several times, so hopefully he is right. Overall, Michael was very polite and knowledgeable. He is welcome to be our regular tech from now on, but if the other techs are as good as Michael then I know our hvac system is in good hands whoever comes. Thank you. Jay with Triple Play Home Service handled our air duct cleaning, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was fantastically friendly from start to finish, taking his time to make sure every detail was done perfectly. His dedication to doing the job right truly shows. On top of that, Jay was an absolute joy to talk to — we ended up having a great conversation about music and breakdancing, which made the whole experience even better. The plumbing specialist came to my home to resolve a problem with a leak under the house. The problem was quickly found and resolved. It was not that obvious to me, but the professional knew exactly where to look and what to do.

The workers were courteous and did the job quickly. My hot water heater was leaking and they replaced it the same day.

I would like to give Dane a shout out due to his professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge when providing service to our plumbing problem. He was a courteous and polite young man who takes his work seriously and does not cut corners. He not only performed his work admirably but answered all questions and explained in much detail each process he was doing when he was asked. Yarbrough and Sons has provided service on our home in Oklahoma City on two separate occasions. They first helped us with a Christmas Day plumbing disaster, when our pipe burst! They were able to come on Christmas Day and fix the entire pipe system. Next, our HVAC system gave out, so it was an easy decision to call Yarbrough and Sons to come out and replace the entire system! They were kind and efficient! Canon was a great tech!

My experience with Yarbrough and sons has always been excellent. They are courteous and the service people are quite knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Y&S was the third plumbing group to consult and/or try to camera a sewage line that we thought was collapsed. Lots of effort and hours later, and we had more than a diagnosis…we had a fix! It took four different locations to finally get a camera in, and my total bill for the camera and fix was HALF of what the first company had quoted as their “next steps” (which included cutting into a wall) to try to camera the line after their first two locations were unsuccessful.

The guys were courteous, thorough, and determined to help, even though ours was the last call of the day and took four hours.

Yarborough & Sons will be my first call for plumbing moving forward!

Our heater stopped working in the middle of the night and we were freezing! We called Yarbroughs the next morning, and they sent someone out to my house ASAP. Turns out it was an easy fix and we just needed our furnace ignitor replaced. They were quick to respond and easy to work with, highly recommend!

Micah was a super helpful and friendly technician that did a thorough inspection, and answered lots of questions for me, helping me understand more about my AC system.

Our technician, Cole, was very polite and professional. Had our leaky faucet fixed in about 15 minutes. Showed us the finished job. Great work!
