I called on a Sunday night because one of my air-conditioning units quit working. Mr. Ingram came out within 20 minutes and fixed my problem and made arrangements for a technician to come later in the week to check for leaks in the system. Scheduled, first thing on Wednesday morning, Brandon, the technician, showed up on time. We have had Brandon out before to do our routine twice a year maintenance and he is very friendly and very knowledgeable. The customer service of this company and their technicians is the best I have experienced in this particular industry.

I can't say enough great things about Ingram Mechanical!!! We have had some pretty complex issues with our HVAC system through no fault of their own and WOW!!, Hudson and crew have been AWESOME! They won't quit until they figure it out and get it fixed.

After several bids to replace our aging HVAC system, Hudson and his team at Ingram Mechanical were the clear choice, the parts AND labor warranty was a big portion of why we chose them, but during the install process all questions answered, the bid up front didn't have a lot of unknowns or "gotcha" charges later on, they charged me what they estimated. Very happy with the unit, the house is now cool, and finally found an HVAC contractor I feel confident in both calling for my needs but can easily recommend to family/friends/clients

When booking our initial request, the lady on the phone was so kind and sweet and efficient.
Our technician was personable and honest with us. There is no fear that the visit is just to make as much money off of us as they can. Instead they are truly here to maintain and fix our unit. I believe when the time does come for a new unit, this means they would meet us where we are and that is valued and not as common as it should be.

The simple things in a business, which are not that common anymore. The same experienced work crew year after year, which are friendly and happy to see you. The employees call back promptly when I have left phone messages, show up on appointment days. They take the time to point out issues that need to be addressed, before it goes down. I was referred to Ingram Mechanical through my Pastor on 8/7/24 and upon calling with my AC problem they were beyond helpful right from the start. They set up the appointment for this morning 8/8/24 first thing and was prompt with sending a text reminder and showed up on time.

Hudson is very knowledgeable and was able to make a recommendation that fit both my budget and timeline. He and his team are professional and friendly and delivered excellent service. During the course of our conversation I told him about a broken toilet handle. Before he left he had one of his men pick up the piece needed and fixed it. I’m not saying he will take care of your a/c and plumbing needs. I am saying he goes above and beyond in delivering quality service. Diane

We’ve used Ingram Mechanical for a few years now and have been really pleased. They have been quick to respond, reasonably priced, and most importantly, honest. I’ve recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

We recently obtained several bids to replace an HVAC system upstairs. Ingram was the most affordable, best warranty, and absolutely the BEST service. Installation was fast, the staff were professional and cleaned up after the install. Shortly after installation we ran into some issues with the upstairs not staying cool enough to allow the new unit to shut off. Ingram turned over every possible reason and solution. It ended up being the original placement of the thermostat at the top of the stairs but they were willing to do any and everything to resolve the issue even though the new unit was functioning perfectly. Ingram volunteered to move the thermostat and also install a vent in the stairwell. He did all of that plus upgrade an electrical breaker with no additional charge. I am in aw of the top level of customer service from Ingram Mechanical. We will be a customer for life. Look no further. Ingram is simply the BEST!!!

Ingram mechanical came today and serviced the air conditioning change filter filters and got ready for summertime. They always do an outstanding job. Brandon was a tech.

These guys are amazing! They do quality work and stand behind what they do. I do have a service contract with them and never have to wait long before they show up. It's always either by the end of that day or first thing in the morning. Their prices are extremely reasonable. They keep things clean (they don't track dirt through the house). They are thorough. They are honest. I highly recommend them!

I called for an AC tune-up because my unit was not keeping my house at the set temperature. Ingram was able to send a technician out the same day. The tech was able to diagnose a condensate drain line clog and fixed it. Very helpful and very fair pricing. I signed up for their service contract because of the excellent service and fair pricing.

The techs that come to the house, Brandon, Kyle, or Hudson, are very friendly and respectful. I can always trust their knowledge to make any repairs l need.
