The air unit outside quit working today about 3pm. I called Cody and within 90 minutes, he was at my house working on the unit. Within minutes, he knew exactly what was wrong and was working to get it repaired. Cody is knowledgeable, on time and personable. His rates are reasonable and I definitely recommend him to everybody that needs a great air guy!!!

Cody came immediately on a Saturday when our home was struggling to heat. Pricing is fair and honest. Sadly, we’re in an age where all the mega companies want to just sell and finance equipment, however, Cody is an expert technician. I attempted DIY first before calling Comfort Airworks and Cody even showed me what to do to save some money. Thanks!

Can’t say enough about Cody and Comfort Airworks. I called Sunday around 4pm fully expecting to have to schedule something the following week. He was able to fit me in, no crazy emergency service fee, and was at my house with 30 minutes and had cool air blowing within an hour, replaced a bad capacitor. He took his time and was worth every penny which was more than reasonable for what he did. Not losing this magnet!

This is the most honest HVAC company in Edmond! Highly recommend- came out on a late notice (on a Friday) unit not working. Had it up and running in no time! Would refer to anyone needing a repair!!

My mom and I had our house serviced today, with new air filters and yearly AC & furnace maintenance & Morgan came out to do all of our service . Wanting comfort air to know how pleased we are with Morgan’s service call, from his politeness, to taking his time and making sure everything was good on changing our filters, and Ac unit and furnace.
We couldn’t had asked for a better service call from a company.. Thank you Comfort air and will definitely recommend & use you again in the future and be requesting Morgan.!

Home shield assigned this company to me. A1 called me on a Monday told me they couldn't make it to their scheduled appointment that day because it was too cold. Which was fine because I had no clue I even had an appointment that day. The Guy on the phone (I believe was Wes) rescheduled verbally over the phone with me for 3:00 pm the next day. The next day at 3:00 came. At 4:00, no one from A1 had showed or even attempted to contact me. I called and left a message asking if they were going to come. 30 minutes later the tech (Wes) called and left me a voice mail that said "trying to figure out his schedule and to see if he has me scheduled for the day." (Same guy who verbally scheduled with me the day before)I did not see the missed call. About 4:58 I got a text saying I didn't answer the Tech 's call and they won't be able to make it and asked about the following day to come out. The following day, Wes called and the first thing he said was "you didn't answer the Tech 's call." I mentioned the tech called at 4:30, my appointment was at 3:00, why didn't the tech just show up? Wes said "Because I'm not going to drive all the way from Edmond to Moore!" Wes mentioned the email that confirms the appointment said there is a window of a time frame(after the call ended with Wes I checked the email again. There was no direct email from A1, only one from Home shield which was only for the original appointment date I didn't know about. There was no new email confirmation for the Tuesday at 3 appointment.) Wes was very unprofessional and did not want to take any responsibility. I decided I would not be using A1. Talking to Wes was like talking to an 8 year old child who was in trouble. A1 obviously has scheduling issues, time management issues, along with very poor customer service issues.

Sent by home warrenty company to repair my ac unit. Arrived late and did not call. They took unit apart and did not repair it.They also would not provide estimate in writing.

Mike and his crew have been wonderful to work with. They show up when they say they will, you don't have to chase them. There prices are reasonable.

Rude and unprofessional. From name dropping random customers to accusing all of his bad reviews to be related to one poor visit. If his public replies to customers online are as unprofessional and rude as they are, I can only imagine how he speaks to people in private. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
