Has been great to work with. Affordable and trustworthy. The owner answers the phone every time I call and I have had an amazing experience with the company. They have now replaced two HVACs for me at rental properties where the units stopped working. Again, they were really affordable and took care of registering the warranty for me as well. Highly recommend!

Was required to use this company through American Home Shield home warranty. Very poor customer service and overall communication. This company attempted to schedule a service date and time without my consent or confirmation regarding the matter. Mike, the representative I spoke with on the phone, was very flippant and seemed to have no interest in our business. He didn't even attempt to try and reschedule when I told him we could not be present for the service visit they scheduled without our permission. I could tell very quickly this business relationship was not going to work out and immediately cancelled the service. I would not recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs and I expressed my complaints with American Home Shield as well.

Sent out by Home warranty they got the claim denied so we could go through them directly.

Kept telling me going to be some out of pocket cost.

Was assigned to this company through my insurance. They came during the scheduled time. Checked my heat and said: “I have to check with my boss about the part that needs to be replaced”. They left it at that. Closed the Service Request as Completed. 10 minutes later we have no heat again. Placed a re-call and this rude, unprofessional individual calls me back saying placing a recall will not speed up getting the part. First of all, there was ZERO communication about the part that needed to be ordered. Second, the tech left no service request notes. Third, service request shows as Completed on my end. Very UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! Zero communication between them! Zero Customer Service! I’m very dissatisfied!

Professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. About a month ago, it was super hot outside, and our A/C unit seemed to just die. I tried two other companies before calling A-1. One company wanted to overcharge us and the other tried to get us to buy a new unit. A-1 fixed our unit the next day after I called them, the price was reasonable, and we haven't had any problem since then. Would recommend!

Wes from A-1 Professional Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. came out on a service call for a frozen suction line on our unit. The company called immediately after our home warranty inquiry, and we were scheduled for the following business day. Wes was incredibly professional and knowledgeable; he spent probably 20 minutes talking me through my HVAC system, refrigerant, common issues, and maintenance. He was able to troubleshoot and resolve our problem immediately. Great service, would definitely recommended and use again!

Very quick response time. Reasonably priced. Remember to always get a 2nd quote from someone else if you think their price is not good. Do your due diligence.
