I had a great experience with the team over at Ingram Mechanical. It is rare to find a business that still prioritizes quality work and honest communication, but they really delivered on both fronts.
The service was prompt and professional from start to finish. I actually decided to reach out because Coby mentioned the high caliber of work you do, and I am very glad I took that advice. The technician was knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what was needed without any unnecessary upsells.

After a 105 degree day the a/c quit. Cody came on the same day. His communication was excellent and his pricing was fair. We will definitely call him for future needs.

Needed someone to look over the HVAC system, and luckily came across Cody and Comfort Airworks. I was so impressed with his knowledge and earnestness that I took the time to write a review, which I rarely do. He took the time to explain what he was checking and provided me with all the information that I asked about. I gave him multiple opportunities to recommend unnecessary replacements, and he told me his honest opinion instead of upselling me. Local small business with fair pricing that shoots straight with people; that combination can’t be beat. If you have HVAC needs, I highly recommend Cody and Comfort Airworks!

Edit: As per his reply, I did state he offered to replace it for $$$$ in addition to what we had already paid for service repair that was not the issue. Most contractors double the cost of parts, I get that. If the board was $140 (our cost) was probably less your cost, and we replaced it in less than 10 minutes. So the fact you upcharge way more than double seems very unfair. Plus, we had already been charged service fee for the 1st "repair" that was not the issue. Appreciate your response but feel the pricing was way out of line. Would have been all in $900 for less than $200 of parts.

Had used him a few times previously. This time he came out, charged us $281 to replace a part he said was the issue our furnace stopped blowing warm air, then said that was not the issue, then says the issue is a bad board that he had replaced for us just over a year ago. Then says he can replace it again and it would be $500!!!! We complained and he told us to just order the part yourself and replace and it’s like $140 for the part! Really sick and tired of being taken advantage of. Should never have charged us nearly $300 to NOT FIX our furnace then say it would be $500 to correctly fix it when part is only $140 😡 last time we will ever use this guy.

I can't say enough wonderful things. I just bought a new house and Cody has gone out of his way to give us the best service. I had to request a last minute inspection of the AC and furnace unit before we bought the house, and Cody rearranged his schedule to make sure the inspection was done on time. Now we are living in the new house and the AC went out and once again Cody rearranged his schedule to come the same day I called and get the AC working again. Friendly, professional, local company that I will use from now on. Their service is truly second to none.
