Nick is my service technician and he is great. I’m on a yearly maintenance agreement and my thermostat went out Saturday morning. Nick called to check what the problem was and was at my house within a hour. He reprogrammed it and my house was warm again. Nick is always very polite and explains what the problem is. Yarbrough is the best.

Nick and OT were very good HVAC techs. Knowledgeable and professional. Answered questions and provided detailed options for my choosing. Great job! Thank you guys!

We’ve had Yarbrough & Sons out before to replace our A/C unit that failed an after that to do preventative maintenance. Matt came out today to do our spring maintenance and look into why the A/C wasn’t kicking on. Turns out I had improperly installed the new thermostat. He also pointed out some maintenance we might want to do in the future to prevent a costly repair. Couldn’t be happier!

Zac came out, he went above & beyond to give me the best service possible! I so much appreciate his work with the most professional work ethic with a great attitude. Kudos to Yarborough & great staff. Service tech Zac came out again and corrected the problem, as usual excellent service with great professionalism. Yarborough should be honored to have him on your team!

We are very impressed with Yarbrough & Sons! Following the installation of two HVAC systems, they followed up with a quality control inspection. They found an existing vent pipe that needed to be replaced. There was no charge for the inspection nor the new vent pipe! Always courteous, knowledgeable and thorough!

Micah was wonderful to work with! He thoroughly inspected my system and installed my new thermostat with care and precision. He was very knowledgeable, patient with all of my questions, and made sure I understood how everything worked before he left. I really appreciate his professionalism and friendly attitude. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

They came out and worked with me to open up my water line from city meter to house. They communicated with me during the day and gave me options. Once the estimate was confirmed, it stayed the same even when they had to return an extra day. Would recommend this company. Left my area intact and cleaned up. Very well represented by their employees being professional and courteous.

My AC went down on a Sunday night, and I called Yarbrough and Sons first thing Monday morning. They got someone out to me quickly, and Philip was the technician who came by. He did a great job—very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. The whole process was smooth, and I really felt like I got my money’s worth. I appreciate the fast response and quality service. Highly recommend!

Called to just have a drain cleaned out with the snake. The guy said it was gonna be over $500 to run a snake. I said you’re done dude don’t get it off the truck my gosh, I can go rent a Roto-Rooter machine for $100 for the whole day and they’re wanting $500 oh and by the way they charged me over $100 for the service call that they spent a whole total of 10 minutes. I highly recommend not using this business way overpriced are you kidding me? I think they jack up their prices to pay off their machines. Then I called air comfort solutions. They are running a $99 special for drain cleaning. They will show up at your house look at your drain and if they can’t fix it or you don’t want them to do it they will charge you nothing. Not like Yarbrough and Sons, which Charges you a service call just for showing up and I can assure you they will never have my business again. I highly recommend air comfort solutions. They won’t rip you off. They’re not shady. They don’t hide their prices for clarity.

Yarbrough and Sons is always great! Super friendly and great service. Dane was no different, he was super helpful and got our hot water tank replaced within hours of coming to check out our situation. New tank looks great with new fittings and hoses. I highly recommend these guys! Thanks Dane!

I switched to Yarbrough after brand x literally left me in the cold. Staff has always been professional and never have any qualms about letting me shoulder surf while they work. Genuinely feel that they are genuinely concerned about my equipment and don’t trying to upsell me with unnecessary work. I appreciate the honesty in an extremely competitive marketplace. They’ve repaired my water heater and furnace quickly with little fuss or muss.

I depend onYarbrough &Sons to do the maintenance on my heat and air units. Robert was the young man that came to check out the units this morning. He arrived promptly, was friendly, and went about doing his work in a timely manner. He reported that everything was in good shape, changed the filters, and cleaned up afterwards. It was a pleasant experience.

Our family hired Yarbrough to replace our entire system at our house. Kolby had better, more common sense, and creative ideas than the other guys to shift the airflow from a room that had too much air flow in the past to rooms that had too little in the past.

They also fixed a leak in a duct which we appreciate.

All of the workers were great and we appreciate everything they did.

A pipe from my water well to the house broke this afternoon so no water in a home with multiple pets, an elderly family member, and a blizzard just beginning. So panic mode. Found Yarbough’s on Google thank goodness! So polite getting my information and technician, Jake, out here in an hour (I’m out on an acreage). Jake was extremely skilled, polite, professional, and reassuring. Got everything fixed! Surprisingly reasonable charge for great service!
My home is 70 yrs old so everything is old and difficult to repair but he fixed it all! What a giant relief. And, I know who I’ll always call in an emergency. I’m going to have them out to put in a whole new system (got a super reasonable quote to do that) when weather permits.
I’d give them a 10 star if I could. Old fashioned manners, skill, most decent charge. All so rare these days!

One unit of the Geothermal system quit working. Called Ingram Mechanical and the office dispatched a technician, Brandon, who arrived ahead of scheduled time. He analyzed the problem and immediately ordered replacement parts. The replacement was made and returned to service in a short amount of time.
The service was excellent and I am very pleased with this company and their friendly staff.
