Been using Ingram Mechanical for a few years but today was the first time I needed them in an emergency. Called the emergency line early in the morning for a water heater failure and they were out in a couple of hours. Replaced the tank the same day. Would definitely use them again.

Brandon was prompt and went above and beyond installing my tankless water heater. Honest and trust worthy company. Highly recommend. They come twice a year to check our systems. Always call to set up appointment. Texts to let us know he is on his way.

I have used Ingram Mechanical LLC for over 2 years and highly recommend them. Brandon has been my technician for all services until today. I had the pleasure of meeting Hudson - one of the owners. Jamie does an outstanding job with scheduling. It is very rare today to find an HONEST - TRUSTWORTHY - FRIENDLY business in all areas - but Ingram Mechanical is just that. I only wished I had known they did plumbing before today. I would have used them for my hot water heater I replaced last year. Live and learn...they are now on my phone under plumbing too. I am blessed to have found them and you will be too.

Ingram Mechanical replaced a failing tankless water heater in my home. They replaced it with a Navien 240 tankless water heater that has higher BTU capacity and adjustable temperature control up to 140 F. They did a nice, clean installation and explained the routine annual maintenance I can perform. The total install time was 2.5 hours. I highly recommend Ingram Mechanical!

Ingram Mechanical installed a new HVAC system in my home. I had no idea how badly my old unit was functioning until it was replaced. Hudson has gone above and beyond to answer my questions, both before and after install. When small adjustments needed to be made, he stood by their work and returned to ensure it was functioning properly and in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Honest guys. Hard working crew. Efficient. Easy to schedule. Don’t feel like typical hvac company wanting to get more money out of you. If they made error they will make trips as many times needed to fix and it won’t matter even if it is weekend. Attitude positive on all visits over last 2.5 years.

He is always quick to reply to me personally and I called him this morning at 8 AM with no heat and he was at my house before 10!!! It is now not quite 2:00 and I have perfect heat, and he had to make two trips! can’t Say enough great things about the service in the office to the guys that come to my house. I’ve never had a company communicate with me as much as they do and do what they say they’re going to do. Brandon even changed out my filters for me today himself. From the time I booked the appointment to the follow up with me to schedule a time through the service, everything was spectacular. Brandon did our fall service and I can’t say enough about the work he did and his professional demeanor. We are new to OKC. Having moved here from Minneapolis I only hope our experiences with other services in OKC is half as good as Brandon and his team.
