I’ve worked with ASAP for the last 2 years after they installed the HVAC units in my newly built home. Their maintenance visits have always been extremely thorough, more so than I’ve seen from any HVAC company (and I’ve dealt with several over the years at my family’s business). I called them today about one of my units that wasn’t working. They got me scheduled same day, and then were able to arrive within 2 hours of me calling! That’s extremely fast service compared to most HVAC companies I have dealt with in the past! Brayden got the problem fixed in a timely manner and detailed what the issue was to me. He’s been to my house for many of the maintenance visits and is always very pleasant to work with.

DB provided great customer service. He got here on time and quick for my original call in. He was very thorough showed me pictures of the before and after of all the services he did. It was diagnosed quickly and correctly. I would recommend ASAP heat and air to anybody and everybody. Thank you very much.

Excellent service. Made us a priority when the furnace blower went out and we had no heat during the cold Oklahoma storm.

Jeremiah did an excellent job on explaining the repairs needed and completed them quickly and professionally. He also explained the options for a future repair needed and also about the annual maintenance package. Outstanding service.

Brayden Cody arrived promptly and reviewed the issues I was having with my thermostat. He was able to correct the cooling range, and after thorough research of my A/C unit adjusting the refrigerant and much needed pressure system. I am grateful that Brayden went the extra mile in the OKC heat to confirm my HVAC is working properly. Many thanks, Brayden for a job well done!

DB was fantastic! He came in and was super professional. Even though it was 10 PM he still had a smile on his face and was upbeat! He solved my problem quickly and fixed my AC! He even showed me how to look at fixing it and troubleshoot myself. He was awesome!

It was very polite. Try his hardest to fix the heater and find the problem spent quite a few hours here the first time returned with a circuit board and now we have heat, very polite and kind person and did an excellent job.

DJ was courteous and respectful He came into the house with little booties on his shoes. So he didn't track anything in. He had great ideas on how to give us better airflow, but I did not get a quote. And he took pictures, which he said was gonna be in the quote.
And I didn't get a quote And he wouldn't just text them to me, 'cause he doesn't share his number still waiting on my quote DJ....

I have only been in my newly built home 2 years and am highly disappointed with the amount of times things have goin wrong with my ac unit. I have had multiple people out doing “fast,quick work”

Kennedy Garrison is different from the rest of the journey men who have come out he actually performed quality work.
He spent the first few hours actually going through his checklist of things for my unit and then explained to me how he checks to make sure each thing passes his inspection.
He found a leak which no one else bothered to check instead of covering it or patching it he took his time and with great precision welded it together he also checked on other things I asked for without complaint.
He has done a fantastic job and I do not want anyone but him servicing my ac unit.
He is extraordinarily service and will get the job done right the FIRST TIME

He is so incredibly kind and gentle when speaking. He is very helpful and went above to assist us! If ever we need future help, we hope that this gentleman will be our repairman.

He did a great job. Very thorough when checking everything and he made sure the system was clean. Everyone is amazing here, but he was the best person we have had at this location.
