This is a very sad and unnecessary situation! We had our H Vac serviced ($300) and while the tech was at our home we inquired about raising the vents in the attic up higher for more easy access. The next day we were contacted for an appointment for someone to come out and give us a bid ($80) We were told the bid would be sent
After a few days and no bid we called and ask for someone to contact us.We called over 3 weeks- 4 more times and were promised a return call each time and no response. I called again today-ask to please speak to someone and was told again that no one could come to the phone and promised AGAIN we'd receive a return call.
At this point we doubt we'll get our $80 back for the bid that never materialized and still NO call
I don't like to leave such a review however I feel others need to know

I've been using this company for a few years and everyone from the office staff to the technicians that come out have always been the most reliable, dependable and professional team I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They are very respectful to me as a customer and polite. I would recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.
(Side note) Dalton Cockrum has a great sense of humor, however, he's very professional at the same time.

Anthony came for a service call when my ac was making a strange noise. He was highly professional and diagnosed the problem right away. I was able yo get the new parts and ac fixed right away. I highly recommend!

Thank you for wasting my time bc y'all decided not to contact me and just give me the cold shoulder instead of letting me know the that guy decided not to take the job so I didn't get the job either but instead of doing that you had decided to ignore me and also decided to waste my time so that's why y'all are getting a bad review from me

Easy to schedule, quick service, and no issues at all. Highly recommend!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I've used them in the past and their tech was very insightful and worked well. I called them out and it took the tech 3 hours to determine the problem with little communication the whole time. They charged me $240 to find the problem and then informed me they needed to replace the low voltage wire running to the condenser and would have to schedule that. When scheduling they informed me it would be $700-$950 to run that wire that went down the roof line and that it would take 2 techs, the tech never got on the roof to determine how hard it would be. I refused their repair and got on the roof to check it out. It took me, not a professional HVAC tech, 40 minutes the next day to feed the wire through and connect both furnace and condenser. Stop trying to overcharge jobs, or do a better job estimating your time for jobs. Will not use them ever again.

Very pleased with Integrated Heat and Air. Cade was here recently and diagnosed a thermostat issue and changed our t-stats to their new Ember units, and they are great. The Integrated Team is knowledgeable and helpful and very professional. Additionally, they perform our semi-annual maintenance and are diligent in their work. We fully trust their recommendations and feel they are honest and deserve a 5-star recommendation. Normally, I don't write reviews but am making an exception.

Very impressed with the professional service that is provided by Integrated Heat and Air. Their technician, Cade was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and fixed the issues we were having. We have multiple units in a new build and he took the time to provide a better understanding of how the dampers operate between rooms. He took pride in the company he worked for and encouraged us to reach out if the issue isn’t fully resolved. Appreciate this type of service!

Dalton was great! He was very communicative and identified/resolved the issue with our heater quickly.

I called today as my unit needed a heating tape…very last minute considering the storm that’s on its way to OK. Morgan set up the appointment and by 10:30 Cade and Elijah were done with the job. Thank you guys for the tips and the suggestions and for being here so quickly!!!

Charged $80 service fee for the privilege of them to quote me $9000 on a job someone else did for $2000.

I called Integrated HVAC because I really like one of their techs, of whom I worked with before. He came out and was great again, and collected all the info needed to price out my bid. I knew this would cost $80, but I didn't know when it got to management that they would send me some exorbitant bid for the work, exploiting the already sunk $80 that we put into merely pricing out the job. That is absolutely ridiculous behavior from a business. I had another company come in and do the work for a fair price of less than 1/3 of Integrated's quote. Contractors need to be called out on this type of crap and I don't even care if I burn a bridge with Integrated. That quote was disrespectful and exploitative. Don't pay them a dime for a quote, or you risk the same thing happening that happened to me.

EDIT: Integrated is claiming they don't charge for quotes, yet I was charged for a quote and there are other reviews here that complain they were charged for quotes. Stating that they don't charge for quotes is a lie. Also no idea what they're talking about regarding long term solutions because the work the competitor did was a better solution than Integrated recommended, again at 1/3 the price for the same services.

Cade did an exceptional job checking out the heating systems in the house and the shop. He was very thorough. Have enjoyed using Integrated.

Had a problem with my heat during recent weather. Technician came right out, was very pleasant and capable and had up, running and warm in no time. Great service and better customer service.

Had my system and duct work replaced by Integrated. They were very professional, work was done in a timely manner and my system runs great! Highly recommend 👌

Dalton and Jayden were great. They explained things, in a manner a layperson could understand and make informed decisions. They serviced my units also. Work was done timely, they arrived on time. Will use them again.

Josh was the Prudhom technician. He did a very complete evaluation and did needed adjustments to our furnace. I carefully watched everything that Josh did. (My past technical career in the oil and gas industry involving pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics and other details gave me great appreciation of Josh's careful evaluation and careful adjustments to our furnace). I give Josh 5 gold stars!!

Eric came the same day I called about my outdoor cooling unit freezing up. He investigated the problem and solved the problem. He is very professional and had my system working quickly. He took time to explain what caused the problem. The charge was reasonable. I was very satisfied with Prudhom Heat & Air. I have used them for over 10 years.

Today, 12-19-22, Eric came out for a scheduled winter checkup. He was on time, courteous and professional. I am very glad to have Prudhom taking care of my HVAC system!

Today, 6-20-24, Eric came and checked my AC system for a summer scheduled checkup. He was on time and called when he was on his way. He was very professional and courteous. He checked my system and ensured it was working properly. He also cleaned both outside units. I was very satisfied with the service. AC units are very expensive to fix, so I am very happy to have a checkup-maintenance done annually. The last thing I need is a breakdown when the temperature is 100 degrees! Thanks!

11-14-24 Eric came to check out our heating system for the winter. He came on time and checked the system, finding everything working. Eric is very knowledgeable and courteous. I am very happy with Prudhom Heat & Air!
