Joseph was great to work with. He was VERY through, making sure there were no leaks. He double checked about everything he could and stayed until 9:00 PM to insure the unit was working correctly after the repairs were complete. We are very satisfied with the level of service we received.

My technician was great and answered all my questions. He came and helped me promptly and offered multiple possible solutions. I really appreciate the friendly service and how quickly they were able to solve my issue.

My only complaint is the price of Freon was far higher than the high end of what I would expect. I don’t mind paying for excellent service, but the actual product seems highly overpriced to me.

We had our pre-winter check up a couple of weeks ago and it was determined that the blower fan and evaporator coil both needed a thorough cleaning. They returned this week to do the cleaning. Joeseph was the service tech who completed the service and I was very pleased with his professionalism and courtesy.

The technician was very friendly and polite. He took the time to explain how my unit functioned as well as different options I could look at so I am not over paying. Tje technican was methodical and actually found where a previous HVAC technician (not from this company) had actually installed a capacitor that was the wrong size and corrected it. I really appreciate the openness of this company as I see far too many times where places will over charge you because you to not know any better. Prudhom has definitely earned a new loyal customer as they will be go-to moving forward.
