My 16 year old air conditioner went out they replaced my air and heat and did a great job. They came out the next day after I got my estimate and was very pleasent to work with. I will recommend them to my friends.

Fernando O. Provided great service today taking care of the regularly scheduled maintenance of two HVAC units at a duplex. He was on time. He was thorough and explained the whole process very well. I felt like I could trust him and had confidence in his skills.

Lloyd with Airco provided my tankless water heater flush and installed a dishwasher. He was very personable and answered all of my questions. I appreciated that he wore shoe covers every time he came in the house. I’ve signed up for their maintenance plan and am very pleased with the quality of service and respectful technicians.

Fernando was the consummate service tech in every way! He was professional, knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection and cleaning of my HVAC equipment. Love having great techs who know what they’re doing !!

He was here to inspect and clean the air duct for the dryer. Did an excellent job and make sure everything was connected tightly.

Both Tyrus and Alex were so professional and kind, they answered all of our questions, they were efficient, and they left the area clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

Edited to add: We liked Airco so much we had them come back to do our A/C. Four gentlemen came out and replaced our whole unit efficiently and cleaned up completely in a matter of a few hours. They stayed to make sure everything was in working order. Again, highly recommend!

The young man did a wonderful job. Plus, he put a couple of suitcases up in the attic for me when he was up there and opened up a spray can of paint for me. He went above and beyond it was very nice and polite and cordial. I liked him. He did a wonderful job.

I contracted airco to replace my Ac and furnace. They put the Ac on the old slab that has a giant hole under it, didn’t fill the hole, feet are just holding it up on the edge of the hole. They have the condensation line running right on the edge of my house and didn’t redirect the water away from the house, I just had my floors replaced from the last AC. And they just left the foam and duct tape along the house without a cover - I’m sure that will hold up in Oklahoma weather well, but it’s an extra $400-$600 for that. Very unhappy. They also disconnected my old condensation line and just left it so now there an open pipe leading into my crawl space.

Cory was so nice, polite and patient with my questions. He gave more than 100 percent! I”ll continue to use AIRCO for my heating and air conditioner needs.

Superb. Our techs, Alex and Josh worked hard at odd hours to make sure our house was safe, restored, and functioning better than ever. We will not consider asking other companies to help fix our home while Airco is in business. I am so glad I called for their help; Airco really delivered!

I wanted to love this system! It replaced an older one and we did the whole thing and paid just around 25k for everything all said and done. Lennox EL18 supposed to be one of the best at least that’s what we were told. A year and 3mo later it’s starts acting up. Inverter board I was told. That made sense to me but also odd that something this new would have that happen. So I wait a few days for the board to come in. I’m a bit confused as to why I’m paying labor on a year old system but I guess that’s what this thing comes with. Turns out the compressor is bad as well and you bet I get an additional 600 on top of the rest of this labor I’m looking at a 1000+ for warranty work that now makes me wonder if the system was even installed correctly given the now faulty compressor. I definitely feel like I bought a huge expensive hunk of junk. I can not recommend anyone going down this road and would strongly suggest not buying Lennox without the labor warranty and diagnosing the compressor should be part of this whole thing. On further inspection I was told there was not a Air Drier/Filter installed inline and that could be one of the reasons for the short lived compressor. This keeps getting better. (its not the unit keep reading).

UPDATE: No call from AirCo! Despite the reply to this review. However the City did call and informed me that they never had an inspection on file for this permit, I cant say I'm shocked but it was interesting that they called today 10/29 to follow up on that. Its only been 7hours since they replied here and could be busy. Its 15:41 Tuesday. I did request a call back yesterday but the days not over.

UPDATE: Still no callback a day later. Instead had TROOP come out and look at it and guess what it’s fixed. Was not the Inverter board and the compressor is just fine. It ended up being a voltage drop at the main and the tech would have known that if he would have did proper diagnostics. Airco left the unit like this and tried to rake me over the coals for labor that was not necessary. If you need proper HVAC work done call TROOP Refrigeration not AIRCO!

I was told my issue got assigned to a project person that called me a month before the holidays. That was the last I heard from Airco. The tech you sent out still has my manual I would like it back. If your not going to follow up withe promises you made at least give me back my Service call fee for the whole start of this mess. I even seen where you closed my ticked as completed.

No call back or anything. AirCo do better! (Lennox EL18 is a great system)

Landon and Adam came out and did a fantastic job getting my new hot water heater installed. They also walked me through the process of lighting the pilot. We even discussed The need for a water softener and how much of an impact that can make on the home. Keep in mind that all work will require you to be available for the city to inspect. They usually schedule the inspection within a week of work completed.

Jesus service was excellent, fast and time saving for myself. I would defently request him again if needed.

I hoped to not write this review but with no resolution or communication from Airco, I don’t know what else to do.

This was undoubtedly the worst service experience I have ever had. I recently moved into a new house with air vents that are 10 feet up as well as one that is 8 feet up. I thought it would be nice to have a service to change the filters so I didn’t have to get up on a ladder for it and so they could check the heating/AC at regular intervals so I signed up for the VIP service. The scheduling was easy and communication started out good. The Airco service member arrived on time but after reviewing my house, informed me that he had neither a ladder that could reach the vents nor filters to replace them with. Why was he here then? Because I changed the filters at my old house, I happened to have some old spare ones. I then had to get my own ladder out and give him my filters to use. He also didn’t have a step ladder for the 8 foot vent so he had to borrow mine for that one as well. I’m not sure what houses he visits where he can reach the vent from standing. To top it all off, after my he finished changing the 10 foot vents, I noticed paint scratches on the wall by both vents!

Then he went and checked our heater where he recommended some work be done. Over the course of 15 minutes, he gave me three quotes for the work, each quote was progressively more expensive than the last for the same work. I declined the offer and then had to remind him as he was leaving that he was supposed to also flush our hot water heater as part of the service. He finally left after that. Over the next two days, we couldn’t figure out why our house was so cold. We tried resetting our thermostat multiple times and adjusting various settings without success. We finally had to call for another technician to come out, and it turns out the original technician did not turn the heater back on when he was done with his evaluation.

If I had wanted to use my own ladder and my own filters to scratch my own walls while replacing these air vent filters, I just would have done it myself. I did not need to pay somebody to do this for me. I have since tried calling Airco on three separate occasions over the course of six weeks to discuss this. Every time I am told that they will elevate the matter to a manager who will call me back. No one has ever called me back. Even if this was just one bad technician, I would not use them again solely for their poor customer service and communication. I will be working with my credit card company to cancel the VIP membership from their end as no one seems want to help me from Airco’s end.

3/25/25 update: As you can see, Airco responded to this review promising to reach out. No one has reached out after a month of waiting. Still no assistance with cancelling my membership. Continued poor customer service.

I called on a Thursday and they were able to get a service tech here Friday morning. Josh came in and diagnosed the problem and was able to get us a water heater and got it busted same day. Anthony was also there to work on the installation. They left the area clean. It was a great experience!!

975.00I was very pleased with the service the Airco technician, Corey, provided this AM in the "Summer Tune-Up". He was timely, well mannered & knowlegable. He also offered some helpful suggestions in best maintaining my A/C!

AirCo great a great and timely job in servicing my a/c unit. They we on site less than 6 hrs after I made an appointment. Damien my service tech was professional and paid attention to detail. He presented me with a detailed picture catalog of my systems and the work he had done. No high pressure sales on things that weren’t necessary. I’d recommend the service to everyone.

The crew was extremely knowledgeable with plumbing issues. I had unusual plumbing requests. This so that I could isolate either tank in the system to run the hole house. If there is a failure in either tank. They worked into the evening to finish the job. They answered all my questions. Thank you again to all Airco Services company staff. Great Job.

We love Airco HVAC services & biannual inspections & tune up's.
Elijah & Bryan were great & super professional. They communicated the plan & had very tight areas to access the significant area of the job. They replaced plenum, taps, return & ducts. They answered any questions without hesitation. Even when they encountered unforseen issues. I am looking forward to the "member" spring inspection & tune up. (Which saves money) The scheduling staff & leadership team worked well to get this job completed exceptionally. Grateful.
