I woke up to 2 deg temp outside and a heater that was not heating! I called and they said they could have someone at my place in 30 minutes. And they did. Cade diagnosed the problem in minutes and had be up and running in no time. When he explained that my unit had a p-trap that had frozen and that heat tape would solve the problem--I just happened to have some. He even installed it for me. Very pleased and will ditch the other company who said they could get to me in 4-days! Satisfied beyond words!

I work for a big facilities management company in the education sector and I have roughly 800 apartments at my current account. I reached out to Integrated to see if they could help us with our residential HVAC needs and I am happy to report that they have been very diligent, communitive, professional, understanding, and timely in their responses. Every time I call in a request for services it has always been met with cheerfully voice and a sense of prioritization. Working in the education sector it comes with a unique set of challenges and anytime something comes up Integrated HVAC is very understanding and is willing to accommodate and adapt their services to better meet our needs. I would highly recommend anyone seeking residential HVAC services to give them a call.

Justin Doolittle did a great job today doing the maintenance on our units. He was very thorough. It was 103 degrees outside and he didn’t complain once about the heat! Thank you!

Justin Doolittle serviced my a c unit and furnace. He did a very good job and is very competent at what he does. Also very personable and answered my many questions. A five star employee for sure.

I selected Integrated HVAC for a maintenance contract and have been very pleased. My system is new and the service technician, Kirby, was extremely good at spending extra time explaining all of the features and functionality. I feel very satisfied that the right choice has been made to keep my system in top notch shape. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for your HVAC needs.

Justin Doolittle came to my home today for a spring maintenance check, and he did an awesome job explaining what he did, offering me choices, and thoroughly checking all of our systems. He was also troubleshooting a strange noise we have been hearing, and he was able to solve the problem.

Wonderful group of guys. Having had such extensive issues that my builder left me with, Integrated has been top notch. Kyle, and both Justin's and all the guys have been very kind and willing to explain things.

These guys were the best we've ever had come work on our air systems. They were polite, communicative, and considerate! They made us feel like our job was important to them by giving us all the time and answers we needed to make informed decisions. When they left, our issues were resolved and where they had worked was tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend Integrated HVAC!

Integrated HVAC installed the HVAC systems in our new home during construction and did a great job. A few months into living in the house, we had an issue with one of the AC units short cycling.

We called Integrated for a service call to check out the issue. An appointment was scheduled right away with a very professional dispatch team. Technicians Cole and Josh showed up on time to diagnose and fix the problem. These two guys were tenacious in their efforts to diagnose and correct what turned out to be a complicated issue with our AC unit and a faulty thermostat. Guys did a great job, took their time explaining the issue and then fixing it. Both were professional, on time and were good to work with. They even helped us with a few other minor issues.

Highly recommend Integrated HVAC, and specifically Cole/Josh.

Edit: I originally had 3 stars (read the original note below) but someone quickly reached out to me and was a great representation of integrity. They admitted my situation fell through the cracks and refunded my money… even though I told them it was not necessary. I will consider them and refer them in the future. As I mentioned in my original post, I imagine they are a good company but it just didn’t work out in my favor this time. Since our last conversation, it’s clear to me that they care about customer service and stand behind their product.

Our house wasn’t cooling so we called Integrated HVAC out from a referral. A guy came out and seemed nice, thorough, and had an honest approach. Example, he thought we were low on refrigerant but due to a possible leak, he didn’t want to just give us more refrigerant due to the cost, but he also didn’t seem like he could help us find the leak. He took notes and pictures and said he’d go back to the office and discuss this issue with his supervisor and they’d be back in touch.

That was Monday… and now it’s Friday with no word. I went ahead and called another company out and they had us up and running in less than 2 hours.

I basically paid Integrated HVAC over 70 bucks for some guy to rummage around our house for a couple hours and fix nothing.

I’m sure the company is more capable than my experience but I’m certainly dissatisfied with lack of service that I received and would not refer to them to my friends down the road.

I gave 3 stars instead of fewer because the technician who came out was nice, seemed honest, and answered my questions.

Moved into a new house and have had trouble heating half the house. It's always about ten degrees colder than the main living area. Integrated HVAC was super friendly when I called and they sent a tech out the same day. They even sent a text and photo of our tech when he was about 30 mins out. Dalton arrived and was friendly and allowed my toddler to supervise his work as he investigated air flow to various rooms, temps, adjusting dampers in the attic, etc. He explained his findings along the way and prior to leaving told me they were going to get us on the calendar to come back out and make some more adjustments to get more airflow to those bedrooms. Very pleased so far.

If you love yourself don't use them. Horrible work and even more horrible service. Did the AC to my new house, in less than a year had to call them over 5 times. When I call for the AC not working on weekend, they ask for a charge even when I have a warranty with them. I would not recommend

I cannot get over what a great experience working with Integrated HVAC was. From the initial call to the very end, it was wonderful. Shelly is so nice and helpful, Mark and Dustin both (separately) worked on our AC unit which has been having issues for over a month, and they did a great job. We had worked with a couple different companies to try to fix the issue before but none were as helpful or professional as Integrated. They were able to come out more quickly and had a better value than anyone in the area, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

The dispatcher was very friendly, professional, and most helpful! Highlight of my day! Your company is doing something right.

Cade came out within 45 minutes after 7 PM. He really came through with replacing my capacitor. I’d add a sixth star with the peace he’s brought me if I could.

Integrated Heat & Air installed the Lennox HVAC system in my new-build house. It's the company my builder trusts and I trusted him to make the decision. I just had my first of two free inspection and service calls--a nice thing to offer on new systems--and was very pleased and impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness shown by Justin, the tech who did my inspection and maintenance. He was polite and friendly, as well as thorough and knowledgeable. I'm pleased to have this company looking after my HVAC and keeping it in great running order.
