I cannot say enough great things about One Hour Heating & Air in Edmond, Oklahoma! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring. Their team is extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I understood all my options without ever feeling rushed or pressured.

A special shoutout to Brennan, who was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was professional, courteous, and incredibly well-informed. You can tell he truly knows HVAC inside and out and genuinely cares about doing the job right. Brennan answered all my questions, was honest about what was needed, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.

I just had these guys put heat and air in my dispensary. I would definitely recommend them. I have dealt with some shady HVAC guys in the past but feel I can trust these guys.

I do not know if this is the owner of this company or what but this vehicle got behind us and was doing some very bad road rage and then he was using his loudspeaker on his vehicle to communicate with us while in traffic and then whoever was in the vehicle on his passenger side was flipping us the bird with both hands, then proceeded to use this loudspeaker while in traffic calling us now, and then renting that our vehicle tag had warrants on it, this man and his passenger was very very unprofessional I sure nobody lets this man in their house do work on their air conditioning heating system or whatsoever and you can bet my butt I will be calling the BBC, and also checking on his license and then seeing if it's against the law for him to be using his loudspeaker in traffic disrupting other vehicles and making false statements

I had issues with my air conditioning on Monday (and for the life of me I can’t remember the time), shortly after contacting him about my problem he was at my door!! So nice, and very professional. Explained things in a way I could understand which made me feel a lot better! He’s definitely very knowledgeable about the business and work he’s doing! It wasn’t too long and we had air again! Made sure I knew what to do to prevent and future problems! I will definitely be setting up yearly check ups through this company. You really couldn’t get much better service!
