I was with a different company that was taking more then 3 days to come out for my AC not working called these guy up and they came the next day. Very appreciated and amazing work thank y'all for being there. Tanner and Don came out to the new house and installed our thermostat and checked out the old unit they were wonderful and very knowledgeable. I 100 percent recommend this company

Patriot sent a team out to replace 2 units on our condo and did a fantastic job - start to finish. We had them back out to install 2 wifi thermostats. We were quoted one price, billed a higher one but they stood behind their initial quote. Hats off to Willie, Tommy and the entire Patriot Team. Will definitely use them again and refer at every opportunity.

I found Patriot Heat and Air from a Google search and chose them based on their great reviews. I'm so glad I did. They were highly professional from beginning to end. I started by speaking to Jennifer on the phone last Thursday and letting her know I wanted my A/C replaced. She was so kind and sent Randy to my house two hours later. Randy thoroughly inspected everything and asked me many questions about what I liked/disliked about my current system. When deciding on a new unit, he gave me many options and some suggestions to fix one of my rooms that gets less air than the rest. I was given information so I could make my own educated decisions, but there was no pressure or upselling at all, which was very appreciated. Bradley, Cortt, and Kale were out this Monday to install the unit I had selected. Just like Jennifer and Randy, they were kind and professional the entire time. Everything looks great and I've been enjoying cool, reliable air. The inspector from the city told me, "Whoever installed that did a neat job!" My mind is at ease knowing I had true professionals and a high quality installation.

I had to use Patriot Heat and Air as an outside reimbursement offer from my home warranty since 4 techs I had through my warranty were refusing service. When I called Patriot, they were very professional and understanding and made sure to get out as soon as possible. I explained this was going through my warranty and they went above and beyond to make sure I had invoices, receipts, and knowledge through the process. If I ever need AC repair I'll definitely look at using them again!

I’ve been using Patriot Heat and Air for years. After their acquisition, it seems they’re going through some growing pains, as I was rescheduled a couple of times.

Patriot saves the day at our house - A/C stopped working yesterday evening and they had someone out and fixed by 11:45 am today. Service Technician Kevin Williams explained to me everything that went wrong and what he did to fix it. Fantastic service all around and very much needed that with 100 degree days and no A/C!

We had our air ducts cleaned. Tommy was very pumped up to help and explain everything step by step on the process. Working with Tommy he put off a very positive attitude for the compnay he worked for and he is very proud working for Patriot. It is nice to see and work with employees that love what they do and the people he works for.
Cort was here to help and very pleasant young man along with Bradley. The three worked great as a team.

Patriot Heat and Air are the company to call for all of your heat and air services. They are honest, do a great job, very professional and accommodating. Tanner and Adin were the technicians who serviced my A/C system. They were efficient and did a great job! I will definitely call them again when I need help!

This company has been amazing for my community and company! all their guys are so nice and respectful and they get the job done fast and at a great price ! Tanner is one of my favorite tech guys that come out to service our ac and heaters. He's always smiling and has a great attitude!

The service tech Kevin Williams performed an excellent yearly service on our HVAC system. I’ve worked with many tech and Kevin is one of the best. Not only was he easy to be around but also very personal. He got everything done in a timely fashion showed me what could be updated and offered to renew My service plan. Best of all my dogs liked him.

We have used Patriot since 2021 and have received excellent service ever since.

Issac arrived for our biannual system check - he was polite, thorough, and did an excellent job.

We have also had experience with Tommy and Kevin.

Kevin was great to work with! He came out this week (Tuesday) to repair my A/C unit. He was incredibly professional and made sure I understand all the details about the service. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

The technician, Kevin, arrived on time; he was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Kevin took time to explain the work that would be completed during the service call. He was more than happy to answer all our questions and address any concerns we had. Kevin also went over various options and recommendations for future service calls. Overall, we are 100% satisfied with the quality of service we received today. 👍👍

I had the pleasure of working with K. Williams today and the service was amazing. After coming back several times to get my system diagnosed and fixed, we still weren't able to reach a solution but He remained professional and went the extra mile to help however He could. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in layman terms. A great employee and wonderful service. I would use them again in the future and recommend to others.

We’ve had Tommy, Isaac, and another tech at our home in the last year and they all have been professional and transparent on what we need and what is preventative.

You can get your AC/furnace cleaning done cheaper by other groups but you might not get the integrity that Patriots offers with their techs. If you are ‘Google’ searching who to call, stop what you are doing, and call them, I’m confident you’ll be pleased that you did.

They were fantastic. Alan came out and did our estimate, and something I always worry about it creepy contractors, I work from home and my husband does not, so a lot of the initial meetings are just me and my dog, and on too many occasions I’ve had contractors make me feel extremely uncomfortable with inappropriate touches or comments, but that was not the case with any of the men that came out to update our HVAC unit, they were all respectful and professional and to the point. Alan thoroughly explained my options, worked around my spending goals, and wrote efficient notes in order for me to discuss with my husband afterwards. They got the install done in a morning while we were at the lake and I felt comfortable leaving them with full access to our house. They called me when they were done, locked up for us, and we came home to magnificently cold house. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you want honesty and quality.

Sexy chocolate went above and beyond coming to our home after we had a quote just to give us an update on repairs so we could properly get the finances. We need to get approved to get our heat air system replaced that man needs a raise shout out to sexy chocolate. also wanted to give a big shout out to Caleb for making this happen got our new system installed and working great highly recommend using these folks for any of your heat and air needs and I want to give a shout out to the two technicians that came and did the work they went above and beyond

John came out for our semi annual maintenance (which is def worth the money) and did an amazing job. He discovered we have a whole home filtration and do not need to put individual filters in our air returns. We had no idea. We have a return thats on our ceiling and very difficult to get to. We no longer have to worry about it. John was very helpful and completed the maintenance in an efficient manner. Highly recommend
