We have used Patriot for a variety of devices over the last few years. All of their people have been very knowledgeable and skilled. Today’s service was by Tanner. He was very thorough, professional, explained everything and gave us good advice on what we should do to try to avoid future maintenance and repair issues. I highly recommend Patriot.

My mom's mini split system quit cooling and I'm always concerned about sending service people to her house without being there while they are there working. Everyone at Patriot Heat & Air has been a pleasure to work with and very helpful. Don called before coming out like they said he would and explained everything to us every step of the way through the process. Don knows what he is doing and was very professional. We couldn't have been happier with everyone's help. Thank you so much for everything!

After mistakenly using a home warranty to fix our AC and furnace problems which caused so much damage and money in the long run (my bad decision I should have just used Patriot heat and air 1st). Patriot heat and air have finally rescued us from any more unreliable and shady heat and air companies. I cannot sing their praises highly enough, everyone from this company has been professional, honest, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Our experience with Alan is incredible he is the perfect business man he tells you the problem and your options to fix it. Refreshingly he truly just wants you to pick the best option for your family and income which is such relief after dealing with pushy salesmen in the past. He is incredibly personable, a wealth of information, and even remembered details about us and our system even years later. Their technician Don is astounding at diagnostics. Not only does he get to the root of the issue quickly, tells you your options, he notices meticulous details that normal companies overlook constantly. Ultimately he saved our house from flooding and crumbling due to noticing safety and codes that were overlooked by our last company who was out less than a month before him. I am so thankful to finally have a company I not only trust but are American veterans. They are putting an entire new HVAC system for us next week and I am astounded at how affordable they are with such quality and expertise. Their quality is unbeatable and always worth the price. This will be the only company I use moving forward with all my heat and air needs as well as any and all electrical and handyman needs. I am so thankful they have ended my nightmare of other untrustworthy companies. Seriously I am so thankful to have a night and day difference in a company I trust.

Zach and Corey did a fantastic job at my mother-in-laws house on 7/6/2020. They had a lot of work and I had added more work. They didn’t complain, instead their attitude was that it will get done right! The air is better now than before. They were very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Costumer service is very good. I will continue to use this company and recommend them to all my friends and family.

Fantastic service. Isaac came out and maintained our furnace. He was polite, professional, and honest with the repairs that we needed. He didn't try to upcharge or give fake information to make a sale. I highly recommend for your HVAC needs!

Tommy and Tanner at Patriot Heat and Air were the most professional, knowledgable, and helpful guys that we have ever had come out to work on our AC unit. When we were having trouble with our upstairs AC unit, they came to check it out immediately. They explained everything very thoroughly (even drew pictures!) and worked with us to stay within budget as much as possible. They went the extra mile to clean and repair the parts of the AC and showed us what it looked like before and after. I would definitely recommend Tommy and Tanner from Patriot Heat and Air to anyone that needs AC repairs.

Have used them ever since we moved to OKC. My A/C finally died. Brandon came out and priced a new system. Since the furnace was the same age, we decided to replace it also without being pressured by Brandon one bit. We were also not being pressured to buy the top of the line system that Daiken made. We all decided on the The Daiken Fit system due to the high efficiency of the system and 12 year parts and labor warranty that came with ALL the new components. Patriot provided us with 3 small window units to help keep the house under 90 degrees.
The installation was done with total professionalism. The workers were polite and nice to talk to. I wish I could remember the lead installer's name. Good guy! I was surprised at how quickly they had the new system installed. It was up and running around 4pm. My wife and I were very pleased. So far everything is working as advertised. Patriot can use us as a reference anytime they want to.

I had the pleasure of talking with Zachary, Tyler, Cortt, and Randy for our heating and air replacement. Each individual we talked to was friendly and offered advice that helped to determine the needs of our home and options that fit within our budget. Overall, they are a great company and I would recommend them to anyone who is considering a AC/Heating replacement and/or needed help maintaining their system.

I have been using Patriot heat and air since spring 2022. In this time I have had them out 4 times for various service calls and PM's. Every time a tech has come to my house whether it has been Zach, Issac, or Tanner they have always given me a timely notice and ETA of their arrival and they show up when they say they they are going to be there.

All of the techs have been great to work with, they very friendly, courteous, detail oriented, and straightforward with their service recommendations on our system. They take the time to explain these recommendations without pressuring us into a decision and build our trust in them. When I had an issue that I thought was an AC problem not only were they were able to help me determine that it was in fact a slab leak they were also able to refer me to a quality plumber to fix the issue.

Whenever I call the office or have been called by the office to schedule service, April is always friendly and has been able to get someone out to me quickly. Once even she was able to get someone out to me the same day for an urgent call.

I highly recommend Patriot Heat and Air to anyone who is looking for a competitive and customer service oriented HVAC company. They are honest and friendly professionals that want to help you take care of one of your homes most important systems.

We have used this company before and were very pleased with service and price, so when our AC went out again this summer we knew exactly who we were going to use. From the initial call when I spoke with Willie to the service call with Alan it was excellent. Alan was efficient, friendly and helpful. He even took the time to talk to our home warranty company so that we can be reimbursed for our claim. We will recommend these guys to anyone with heat and air issues and are grateful that they were able to come out the same day especially since it was so hot today. Thank you Patriot!

This is a really awesome company. They are veteran owned and many of the technicians are vets as well which is something I can really appreciate as a 20 year Air Force veteran myself. A big thanks to Tommy, Brad, and Issac for a job well done. Patriot presents you with a wriitten estimate before any work is done which wasn't the case for 5 other companies I had contacted. At first they installed a gas line for my home generator. They did such a great job I asked for their help with my heating and air conditioning needs. They were able to completely fix my problems and within the schedule I needed. They fixed numerous mistakes made by another company as well as adding much needed updates to my system. They were very professional, friendly, and worked till 8pm to get the job done. They were also very affordable. I won't use any other company. They have definately earned my respect, trust, and loyalty. Make sure you check them out...you'll be impressed and glad you did!

We had an excellent experience with Tommy. He worked for hours in the cold attempting to repair our over 30 year old heater and installed a new heater for our home. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and treated myself and my husband the exact same which I appreciate a lot. They had a fast response time, very reasonable prices, and quality work. We will be using them for all future heat and air needs. :)

We had a great experience with Patriot Heat and Air and would highly recommend them. The technician Isacc arrived quickly and was very professional and friendly. He was very thorough and was quick to provide us the details of what was wrong. After getting the part we needed to be repaired, he also got it fixed in no time. Of course no one wants their heater to stop working on a cold winter day, but Isacc’s quick work made it a less stressful experience.

About two years ago my A/C died and we didn’t know what to do!
These guys are all amazing. I called on a Friday and had an appointment with Randy the next Monday. He’s fantastic, a true gentleman, very professional, and communicates exceptionally well. He outlined everything they were going to be installing, what services we’d be receiving and the total cost. By that Friday I had Randy, Tyler, Bradley and Courte on my doorstep, early, to install and fix everything. Before 3 that afternoon my entire system was installed and online. We love Patriot and will be recommending them to everyone!

Purchased a new ac unit and a new generator from patriot. The technician never came back after the gas company inspected the unit, so when I lost power the first time the generator did what it was supposed to do but guess what it didn't power the house. Called patriot and asked them to please just come by and check it out because my mom was at home alone with no power for over an hour. When I called generac they told me what to check and the technician never flipped the switch so it would power the house. Easy fix they could have sent someone over bit literally refused.

As a customer, it’s hard to find an HVAC business for service and repairs because it’s so many out there and you never know what you’re going to get. Due to word of mouth, I selected your business for my repairs and you guys did a great job. The repairs was timely, and you guys were very responsive. Not only that, but it was 1/3 less than what Gordon’s quoted me! I want to recognize Technician Issac Stanfield. He is very knowledgeable in his job, honest and professional. He made the experience with your company much better and confirmed my reason to always call Patriots back for service/repairs. You guys have a great guy on your team and whoever hired him, did very well. All in all, I was beyond satisfied with the service so much that I enrolled in the yearly maintenance service. Always very friendly.Sent me a reminder when services are suggested. Easy to make appointments when it is convenient for me. Service Tech very friendly.Explains everything so I understand(I have severe cognitive issues).Also points out things that may need to be serviced/repaired or replaced before it becomes a major problems.Even explains things that may need immediate attention and which should be done soon..I absolutely love the no pressure approach..It is easy to tell that Service Tech enjoys what he is doing and not just doing his job "next- now serving # ".

We lost our ac on (of course) the hottest day of the year (so far) but Tommy came out & got us back up in operation in a very short period of time. Sincerely appreciated his positive & cheerful attitude!

UPDATE!!! We had to call Patriot again because of another issue and, once again, got excellent response and service! Don charged our system & we asked for an appointment to discuss a new unit since ours is over 20 years old. Alan came out the very next day & went over everything with us. He very patiently answered every question we had & we are looking forward to getting our new system installed next week. We strongly recommend Patriot Heat & Air!

October 2024 had to have Kevin come out because of an issue caused during some exterior construction. He was quick to repair our issue and get us back in service. Appreciate you Kevin!
