Accel and Dustin provided prompt, friendly service on a Saturday emergency call. Dustin explained what he did and what preventative steps he took so the condenser pan wouldn't overflow into my garage again. Customer Service is a dying thing these days but not with Accel and Dustin!! Before he left he asked if he could do anything else to help me. THen he was almost to his truck when he looked back and saw the attic stairs were still down. He immediately came back and put them up for me. I am now his #1 Fan! I will only use Accel for HVAC and Electrical!

Dustin came out and saved the day!! After several days of no A/C and getting the run around from my property management company, he made sure I was taken care of QUICKLY. Even made 2 trips out to do it. He was on time and very efficient. Will be referring you guys to family & friends!
