Got several quotes regarding an issue I was having with a 200a main breaker. Watched other companies drive by the meter and box on my cameras, never exit the vehicle and give me a quote to replace the panel. When I came home, Accel was out with the panel out and had already diagnosed the issue to give me an actual accurate and honest assessment of what needed to be done. Technician said the initial issue was a simple one, but a different part inside was broken as well, which was not expected. The part was brought out and I was told they were able to get it from existing components they had back at their shop, saving me some money. The invoice came in and I was very surprised with how reasonable it was. Will definitely be my go-to Electricians if I need anything else in the future! Honest and reasonable business.

Dustin helped me with my heating and air issues. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend accelerating electric for your heating and air needs.

We called after having some heating problems during the frigid weekend in January. I'm sure lots of people were having problems, but Cory took ownership of our problem and really made us feel like a priority. He had great communication throughout the whole process. Darrian and Dylan were our techs and man, these guys were great! They took the time to listen and make sure they understood before diving in and treated me with kindness as they answered my questions along the way. They showed up promptly, had all the equipment on hand that they needed for the repair (plus what they needed for an additional issue we discovered!) and did a great job at a fair price. I don't know what more I could reasonably expect from a company. I will definitely call these folks for future needs. Thank you!

The Accel Team did a great job! FIRST of all, they called me back! I tried 2 other places before. Kerr came out for an assessment and I got on the schedule within a week. When they came to do the work, they had a full print out of my needs and were very organized, professional and clean. Kerr, Sergio and Cody were all great! I will use them again (already on the schedule)!

From Kerr that actually called me back after I had to leave a message, to Corey who coordinated with me to get the job done and James who quickly assessed and fixed the problem, all were very kind, understanding and helpful. Professional and good communication was the key, so glad I found them to fix my AC.

Dustin was very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and capable. It took him about 15 or 20 minutes to repair my air conditioning problem.

These guys came out and installed a new hvac unit at my place. When something went wrong with it (outside of their control), they came right back out a fixed it quickly. Super nice guys. Very professional. Great customer service. Dustin took great care of me. Definitely would recommend.

Cory and Kodee fixed our HVAC quickly and professionally. Diagnosed problem to a bad A-Coil. Left to source thr part. Called me back in a couple of hours with a proposal, showed upthe next day (on time) and did the removal and reinstallation. I don't remember when my AC unit hasn't ever given me a 22 degree split! Now I know why, and suspect this will solve my slow, mystery refrigerant leak that I've been watching for the last few years. House already feels amazing! I'm super-pleased with how the installation went. Thank you gentlemen.

Dustin was extremely knowledgeable about Geothermal. I’ve gone through several HVAC companies that claim they know everything about Geothermal. In fact, the company that installed our unit 2 years ago didn’t even install correctly. Dustin was able to find the issue within minutes. He resolved all the issues and I’ve finally found the right person to service our Geothermal units. Dustin is honest, concise, and doesn’t try to sell you on something that isn’t needed. If I could give 10 stars, I would give 11! Thank you Dustin!!!
