Didn't upsell what I didn't need. I asked for a mini split, educated me of a cheaper option that was a fraction of the cost and work load. Very professional and respectful. They did great and didn't reason me to believe a bigger expense was the way to go just for the sake of their profit.

Having a ac problem at the beginning of a heat wave is never good. Thankfully Accel was able to get me right in. The best part was one of the owners was the tech that came out. He did an exceptional job of letting me know the cause of the problem and getting it fixed right away. They will be my first call next time an issues arises, which I hope never does.

Every time we call Kerr and his crew, they are quick to respond. Sergio and Greg came out within a week to install lighting for a giant sign on our new family practice. Corey from Accel Electric Lightning & HVAC was extremely professional and thorough. He was able to quickly identify and resolve the issue with my air conditioning. I was quoted thousands of dollars by another company for a faulty air conditioner; however, Corey found the multi-zone system panel was faulty, not the air conditioner. He was able to reroute my air unit until the parts arrived. We are so thankful to Corey and Accel Electric Lightning & HVAC for quickly resolving our issues and saving us thousands of dollars!
