They were extremely professional while at my house. They work 2 or 3 hours trying to solve my complex problem and we're unable because of a defective motor that I created. I almost expected this outcome and don't blame them at all. The owner was there and told me there will be no charge since they failed to fix my problem. I was pleasantly surprised by his gesture. Kevin came out for an estimate the day after I put in a request. He did such a great job explaining and advising. He texted and checked to make sure I had no questions regarding the estimate or the job. Scheduling was very flexible and accommodating. Kevin and his team arrived on time and finished the job quickly. They cleaned up and left no mess. Very cordial and professional.

My experience was fantastic from start to finish. The owner, Kevin, spent time explaining all my options upon initial meeting. Then the installation went seemless, very professional installers showed up on time and completed the work quickly but thoroughly. Cleaned up after they were done and spent time explaining my new home protection system.
I would recommend Tri-L Electric for any electrical work you need done in the future. They will be my first call for any additional work I need.

Wes and his coworker were very thorough and not only did an excellent job on several tasks but stayed until they were sure I was satisfied. They replaced a dead fluorescent fixture with a great Led strip light and installed 4 different smart switches in my home. They made sure that I was connected to each of the switches before they left which took me some time. I feel like the cost of the services was very fair and Wes said it has a life time warranty.

We used Kevin and crew to install some light switches that are programmable on our office buildings so exterior lights go on at dusk and interior lights go off at night and turn on in the morning. He set everything up and showed us how to use the program. It went smoothly and the installers were kind, professional and respectful of our tenants. I highly recommend Tri-L for your electrical needs both residential and commercial!

Had a great experience. Scheduled them to replace some ceiling fans. Jordan and Tanner took care of things quickly. I also discussed several other issues. Jordan presented some options. What a great overall experience from first contact through the install of my generator interlock kit, generator input plug box across the house to my back yard patio area, and a whole home surge protection unit. Stephanie at the office kept everything on track and organized while Jordan and Tanner completed the install onsite.
