Exceptional Customer Service! Been using Sooner for at least 10 years and everytime they leave my carpets looking brand new and my house smelling amazing!!!

Had to call Jim in case of an emergency, he was amazing. Got us worked in and did an amazing job on all of the work I would highly recommend.

They did a fantastic job. My carpet looks brand new. They stretched and cleaned my carpet.

I am beyond impressed with the guys that came out this morning and the office staff that set up the appointment. They were extremely helpful in helping me choose the right services and explained how the work would be performed. They not only removed the stains but also got rid of the odor. The technician was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

We had our vents cleaned after a remodel. The staff arrived when scheduled, started right to work & did a great job. It was amazing seeing the dust they removed!

Tech was punctual, answered all my questions, worked very neatly and tried everything to pull up a set stain. Carpet looks beautiful.

The crew did a good job cleaning the carpet and tile. The carpet stretching was the most expensive and I'm not sure it was successful. It appears one of the wrinkles is already coming back.

Hadn't had our carpets cleaned in years because of bad experiences with another company, but we'll have Sooner Cleaning and Restoration back. Good, thorough work and they did NOT spend all their time trying to upsell us other services.

While we are away from our lake house, a pipe burst under the sink, leading to significant water damage. Upon returning, I discovered mold already growing in the bathroom and water had flooded several rooms. I reached out to sooner carpet, cleaning and restoration on a Sunday afternoon, and they promptly arrived to start the drying process to prevent further mold spread.

Thanks to Carrie, who managed all aspects at the restoration, the experience was seamless. She provided me with various samples to choose from and ensured everything was ordered and installed quickly. Her professionalism and attention to detail were impressive, and she executed my vision perfectly. The new bathroom vanity is my favorite part – it looks even better than before!

Carrie also coordinated with my insurance company, which lifted a huge burden off my shoulders. I wholeheartedly recommend Sooner Carpet, Cleaning and Restoration for water damage restoration, including emergency services. Sooner Cleaning & Restoration sent the A Team out to clean out our dryer vent. They were on time, professional, friendly and did a great job! Thank You we couldn't be happier!!!!!

My 7x5 rug was cleaned, and so far the odor has started to subside. I agreed to the quoted price of $120 (which I thought a bit high). However, the bill received shocked me---$180--which was the $120 plus $60 to pick up and deliver. There had been no mention of this fee at the time of pick up. Not cool.

After posting initial review, the owners not only apologized to the post but also refunded the $60 delivery fees. This is a hallmark of good character as well as good business. Thus we are upgrading from one star to four stars.

I had my dryer vent cleaned and my chimney cleaned. I received Excellent service. They came and were very friendly. They knew exactly what they were doing. Troy is a stand up guy that I would recommend to anyone. I will definitely be referring anyone I know to this company. Couldn't be happier.

These guys are amazing. We had mold in our bathroom which was absolutely terrible. Jim and his guys came in and tested it for us, remediated the entire bathroom, and cleaned everything to a T! We couldn’t be happier with Sooner Restoration. The entire process was seamless, and they were so polite. 10/10 recommend to anyone going thru this awful experience of mold infestation.

Sooner Cleaning is top of the line! I had an issue come up in my rent house, and they sent Sooner Cleaning out to handle the remediation. Jim, the owner, did the initial walkthrough and explained everything clearly — he was very knowledgeable and professional. Troy and his team came out to clean the air ducts and carpets, they were great! Troy was incredibly friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. People like him are what make a business really stand out. They got the job done quickly and took extra steps to protect everything while they worked. The house is back in great shape. Gentleman who performed the stretching and cleaning was very nice and prompt. The cleaning and stretching was done quickly. Not sure how well the cleaning was done because the carpets still look dingy. There is still a spot on one carpet. I had used Sooner Cleaning previously and was very pleased with the cleaning. Not as much this time.

We've used them for several services but this service was for dryer duct clean out and unclogging. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. Great service. Helped us unclog the vent somewhere along the line and get our dryer back to working its best! So thankful for them. We will always use them when needed!
