I had a major septic backup into my duplex. Servpro was not only professional but kind and very sympathetic (even when my anxiety/panic disorder got the best of me). They touched base with me thru out the process and really cared. My 20"thick mattress is extremely heavy and I wouldn't have been able do it myself, so they made sure they put my poster bed together and got the mattress on for me. They went above and beyond ❣️I had 1 antique item that was miscommunicated about being cleaned... They offered to go out of their way to come get and clean it (I chose to drop it off). I have 71 boxes to unpack but they were very carefully packed.

Another branch served us fairly well with smoke damage restoration in Indiana. Slow, but did a good job. They don't do mold remediation in crawl spaces according to this office, so wasn't helpful for my situation this time.

Servepro did come out on a Friday night when I found my vacant home had a busted pipe. They charged over $4,000 for bringing out "air movers" and soaking up the water. Absolutely ridiculous and would not work with me on the price. Insurance didn't pay a dime. DO NOT USE!!

When our companies pipes busted and flooded our office, Servpro promptly and efficiently repaired our facility. Everyone in the office has been helpfull to the fullest extent. I can not recommend this company enough for property restoration services.

I contacted SERVPRO after my tenant reported some water damage to my property. I was able to get in contact with SERVPRO immediately and they were able to get to my property onsite the next day. They were also available same day as well for emergencies, however I did not deem my particular situation to be "emergent". They quoted me 3 days to dry out the bedroom in question and they were able to finish in 2 days, thus saving me some money from the initial quote. Throughout the whole process they communicated every step of the way. I was very happy with their communication as this was a rental property and I live 2 hours away. Thank you SERVPRO for helping to salvage my property as well as save some headaches for my tenant. Would use again!

After a bad rain flooded our offices I found this Norman Franchisee on Google. I called around 7:30am and they had multiple trucks and a sizable crew on site in an hour or so. Dwight and Brock had their crews remove the half-inch of standing water and set dryers and dehumidifiers in something like two hours. As a service company owner myself, I am impressed with this well-oiled machine.

Cason & Jacob made the stressful event much easier to cope with. They were very professional, had great knowledge of the process & equipment. They were very cautious of the art and artifacts present in the space. I highly recommend this company & crew!

Left me at the beginning of the job for me to clean all my belongings. Didn't find a leak for three day. The adjuster found it. Overheard them talking about going to a major floor in another state. They text and quit the job. Said it was there choice.

Responded quickly, once called, coming from Norman to Edmond on a holiday weekend. Knew what to look for in the case of future damage to wall, carpet and tile from a water overflow. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Took notice not to hit woodwork when leaving with equipment and tools. Very pleased!

We have had to use ServPro twice in the last couple of years. On both instances, they were at our home helping within a couple hours of calling. Their staff is extremely professional and reliable. We were very pleased with their work and would highly recommend their services.

I had a clogged shower drain. It flooded my bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and hallway. I vacuumed up some of it, but the damage was done. I called Servpro for help. Best call I could have made. They had a team at my door really quick. They pulled up the carpet and wet pad. Set up fans to dry under walls and cabinets. Aaron was very help full and came back a number of times to check the moisture readings. Aaron was very friendly but still professional. I hope that I don't ever need Servpro again but if I do, I will certainly call Servpro for help.

They were very interested in taking care of my home. The gentleman that I was primarily working with through the company appeared to have only a third grade grammatical level, but he was very professional and seemed to care about the customer’s needs. Overall, they were an absolute blessing and I would completely recommend them to friends and family!

Our hot water heater malfunctioned and flooded our utility room. Our insurance recommended ServPro. The crew took care of drying out the moisture so reconstruction could begin. During part of the work, one of the crew members accidentally damaged one of our outside water faucets. Initially, I was concerned we would not be reimbursed for our costs to repair the faucet. Katie B. really worked with me and sought out information to determine the situation. I appreciated her professionalism with the matter. She was very diligent with making sure I was satisfied with outcome. I feel like she went out of her way to ensure our faucet was repaired and provided excellent customer service.

When we called them for help they came immediately. Aaron was our technician and he has the best customer service! He was so helpful in explaining everything he was doing and about what needed to be done with the whole process. He made a very stressful event better for us.

DJ was able to inspect an interior wall I had opened up and thought there might be a mold issue. He showed me photo and video evidence that this was not the case and provided some alternatives to address the concerns I was having.

Servpro of Norman helped my family immensely as we dealt with smoke damage from a fire. They were great, had answers to all our questions and were thoughtful and responsive. Highest recommendation.

DJ came and inspected some minor water damage in our kitchen due to a leaking refrigerator. He was very easy to work with, did a thorough inspection, and found no residual moisture in our walls. Was prepared to pay for the inspection but he did not charge anything. DJ and Servpro are top notch - I would highly recommend them for any water damage issues you have!

Aaron and his partner showed up and took care of the entire situation, they helped move the appliance that had leaked and setup all the equipment to start the drying process while explaining everything along the way.
