I’m very happy with the services of Sooner Restoration at my house. In the Summer,I had mouse/possum damage and they took care of that! And then this past Winter I had mold that had to be eradicated. They did a great job!

Right on schedule, gave me a break on pricing because I’d already taken the vents off myself, cleaned them, and planned on replacing them in order to save money. I didn’t check, but I’m sure they added my military discount like they said they were going to on the first phone call.
All in all, no complaints here. Job well done!

These guys did a full chimney clean for us so we were safe lighting a fire this winter! They were wonderful. I had just had knee surgery and was worried about getting them in the house, etc. My wife stayed home a little late that morning to help and they came in on time, were professional, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They even vacuumed up the floor around the fireplace so we wouldn't have to. Thanks for taking care of us!

Business was very responsive. Scheduling was easy. Needed to reschedule last minute and they were able to get me on the schedule the week of Thanksgiving. Carpet was pretty soiled and looked great when they were finished. Even without the "email blast" discount, I felt the pricing was very reasonable. I am amazed at the service. Way better price than the other national competitors. We used to have Stanley Steamer clean our carpets a few times a year along with the sectionals and rugs but their prices were outrageous and the quality was really lacking. It was always a different crew that came by trying to upsell me at every turn. Sooner Cleaning came by before hand, inspected the job, gave me a great bid, and set up the service. And even better, they took care of the whole thing while we were out of town so the house was spotless when we returned. They even got the large stain from my twins grinding in their slime into the carpet in their room. Completely gone! Unbelievable! We will definitely be using them again!

SERVPRO of Norman is who you need if you have a disaster in your home. We had sewage back up into our duplex and they were out within hours to take care of the affected area and treat for mold and mildew. They are prompt, courteous, and most of all professional.

This company is amazing! DJ was so quick to come look and kind and went way above and beyond! Talks of pricing seemed very reasonable!

Beware property managers: instead of filing a lien on the house or property where the work was done these geniuses will file on you. I have no control on how fast an insurance company pays and I have no ownership in the property. Instead of filling an M&L lien on the home they filled on me personally. Not too mention they had already received payment, but the insurance company had made the check out to Serv pro and the home owner, so they knew they were getting paid. Instead of sending the check to the owner to sign they wanted the owner to come sign. The owner requested his insurance company issue a new check with Serv pro only listed, which they did. Yes, it took more than 90 days but any company that works for insurance claims should, unfortunately, expect delays in payment. This was the 6th job I have sent to them in there last 2 or 3 years and they have always been paid. Every one of the jobs have been insurance claims.
