The service provided by Steam Master Cleaning is exceptional! There were stubborn, old stains that were thought to be permanent, but Coby and Bryan, the technicians, skills were impressive. They were punctual, professional, explained the process, and transformed the high-traffic areas. The carpets look new, and my classrooms and cafeteria smell fresh and clean. The service is highly impressive, and repeat business is certain.

Robert and Coby were AMAZING! I had an issue with my original service and they MADE IT RIGHT! Above and beyond. I can not express how much I appreciate these men. I scheduled an appt request on 12/28 for the next day 12/29 and Lee and Diego came out fast, gave me a reasonable quote for the size of the job and did an amazing job! Very thorough of the process, pricing and cleaning. My couch looks phenomenal! 10/10 recommend and will be using again in the future!!

Bryan Lopez and his trainer Chris showed up and was very professional. The office called and said they were on their way and that it would take them about 20 minutes. They showed up right around the 20 min marker so good communication from the office to the field. They quoted everything that was available but after some discussion we landed on the products and services that fit my needs. Bryan wasn’t pushy to try to stack up the pricing which was nice to deal with.

I used a coupon that I received in the Valupak coupon envelope that come in the mail. I am so glad that I called Steam Master Cleaning. Coby & Grant were very professional and explained the process thoroughly. My carpets are beautifully clean! These areas smell amazing too! I highly recommend this company! I will certainly reach out again when I need to have one of the services that they offer performed in my home.

Lew came out to assess the furniture and service requested. He did a great job asking questions, knowing their service offerings and providing prices. The nice part is that they are able to do the service day of when they come to assess. We wanted to know a quote on our mattress, couch and rug. We decided to get the couch and mattress done but the price for the rug was higher than we wanted to pay. The quality was worth the price. Our couch looks amazing and all our stains are gone. He was very professional and did a quality job. I would recommend this service.

First time using OKSR but was very impressed. Guys were prompt on arriving and very courteous. The work was very professional and my carpets look great! I will definitely use them in the future.. l highly recommend them for the many services they offer !

Wow! I am so happy to have found OKSR! We had a water leak from an attic renovation. I called OKSR, Chloe worked diligently to answer all my questions and helped me determine the best course of action! Chloe quickly dispatched her team to extract the water and set up the equipment to dry out my house! The next day their construction guy came out to cut a hole and remove the insulation. He was so diligent and conscientious about keeping my home near during the process! I have been kept apprised of all the next steps and costs associated with the clean up! I have used other water restoration companies before and none were this diligent!

This was my first experience with OKSR and I couldn't be happier. The technician Steve was totally professional from his appearance and manners to his cleaning technique. He made me feel comfortable and valued immediately and did a great job on my carpet and furniture . The cost was reasonable. I high recommend this company.

I want to give OKSR and it’s employees 5 stars! I spoke w/ Audrey when I called in to make an appointment to have my carpet cleaned. I knew with it being only a week away from the holidays, there was a chance I couldn’t get in. However, she got me in & I’m so grateful for that, not to mention she was kind and I loved that they gave reminders for when they are coming, etc. I’m a scattered brain so that was very helpful! The technician Matt that came out and cleaned out carpet was great! He was through and quick, kind & respectful! He’s doing a great job making these carpets look awesome! Thank you all so much! I am so pleased with the care and customer service I received from OKSR! The care that was taken to mitigate the water and then repair my home was exceptional! If you ever need help with water or fire damage they are the company to call! They are local and someone from their local office will answer the phone right away! I can't recommend a company more than OKSR! My house looks as good as new!

It is a bummer I had to call OKSR, for a different repair. But again they did not disappoint.

Jose, was excellent in the care he showed at my house. When there was an issue with water getting into my home. Jose worked very hard to express that the door that Pella installed wasn't installed properly. They didn't listen but he held steady and was right! OKSR is excellent at what they do and have great employees.

Had a flood, had to have the carpet padding pulled out and replaced. Thankful that Mike was able to get there quickly and suction up all the water and removed the padding that was damaged. Taylor followed up and replaced all the padding that was removed and seamed the carpet back together where cuts had to be made. He did a great job and I'm very thankful for his expertise and professionalism. Very friendly crew and comfortable to talk with.
