OKSR was great to work with. They were responsive when I called and went above and beyond to take a look at our sewage damage ASAP. It only took them 30 minutes or so to get to our house to do an evaluation.

When they showed up to do the extraction, the crew was friendly, respectful of the space, and easy to communicate with. They also went the extra mile and cleaned more than I anticipated - They cleaned the carpet on the stairs going to the basement because they knew that, even though it was not directly damaged, people had been walking up and down them with nasty shoes and wanted to be sure they were also clean.

I really appreciate this company, their integrity, and their customer service. Highly recommend!!

My apartment flooded, it was a complete disaster. My complex maintenance called out OKSR, and they sent Mike out to help with the situation ASAP. He was very polite, and communicative about how he was going to handle the situation. He worked for hours on our apartment, along the way keeping our complex up to date with what was happening. It was hectic all day, while my partner & I worked on getting our things packed/moved somewhere dry. Mike stayed busy the whole time, and was very respectful of our space and things. Thanks to Mike/OKSR I have a dry place to sleep, and was able to salvage almost all of my furniture/things. Before he left, he even clean a bit of carpet by the doorway, that wasn’t flooded, but had just gotten some mud from all the in/out that was going on. Extremely grateful to you all!

Great service! I had my couch cleaned after my daughters dog kept sleeping on it. It was dirty and stinky. Tech came out and he was perfessionl and did a great job. My couch is like new again and smells wonderful. I had some scheduling issues and they even gave me a discount for the trouble. Thank you. I would definitely recommend.
