I had an amazing experience having my carpet stretched and cleaned yesterday. Matt could not have been more accommodating, he did a fantastic job, and was so knowledgeable and pleasant. I feel like the pricing was extremely reasonable, and my experience could not have been better.

Russ is a solid tech, professional and friendly. Him and I had noses to the ground to make sure the issue was taken care of. Tech and services are 5 stars for sure.

Russ and Mike came out today to start a remediation for us and they have done a wonderful job. Very detail oriented and friendly. I’m glad I was referred to this company

OKSRPRO came highly recommended by our home inspector and now we know why. Man, what a Saturday night! Came home to my apartment bathroom living room and bedroom floor flooded due to a leaky shower above. Russ came out and was very helpful and took care of all the cleanup and was very friendly! Mind you this was around midnight on a Saturday night, so I was very grateful for Russ to do what he did!

Called this company to have my carpets cleaned on my home I just purchased after calling around they were on the cheaper side in comparison . From setting up the appointment to actually having the tech arrive was great . They gave me time frame and were able to achieve it as well and were even early ! Matt was our tech and he showed up looking spiffy and the truck looked good as well he came in and got a estimate of what the work was needed to be done and was able to offer a service that got rid of puppy accident stains from the previous owner and there animals . We accepted that and boy were me and my wife thrilled with the results the home doesn’t smell dog now all the accident spots are gone and the carpet looks brand new. I will definitely recommend this company moving on as I have just moved to the area . Thank you and your company for all that you did for me and my wife .!

Mike and Russ from OKSR were amazing! They arrived right after I reported the leak, got the fans running immediately, and made sure everything was drying out correctly. They inspected the carpet, walls, and baseboards carefully to confirm there was no leftover moisture or mold — incredibly detailed and professional work. Plus, they were kind, polite, and made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. I’m really grateful for their effort and positive attitude!

Had water damage from a roof leak. Devastated a wall in our office and bedroom. Ocame out quickly, thoroughly assessing the damage. Then set up drying right away.
Then Tory came to rebuild. It was really impressive. He was meticulous and very detailed. Did amazing job. He was also incredibly neat and thoughtful with our house. Constantly cleaning up after himself and even did final cleaning. Workmanship and professionalism was really appreciated.

We arrived at our apartment, after being gone a few days for the holidays, to find a major water leak coming from the upstairs apartment. Maintenance quickly fixed the issue with the water heater leak upstairs, however the damage left behind was devastating. Russ arrived quickly and immediately got to work. He was friendly, efficient and very thorough checking each room for damage. He carefully moved our personal property away from the water damage. We are very grateful for his services to ensure we had some peace of mind following the events. Thank you, Russ, for your professionalism and hard work. It was not an easy task.

We recently purchased a new home. The living room is wall to wall carpet it had some stains from the prior owners. I tried to clean them with my little Hoover with no luck getting them out. I decided to look for a local Veteran owned cleaning company. I came across OKSR and read the reviews. I decided to give them a call, I had today off from work and requested this date. They were very accommodating to my desired date. This morning at 9:00 AM sharp, Matt showed up ready to work. We only planned on having our living room rug cleaned , after my Fiancé’ spoke with Matt about if they did upholstery cleaning, Matt gave us all the cleaning options they did. We decided on having the furniture cleaned as well. Matt, started right in cleaning the furniture right away - Wow talk about a great job, my furniture looked brand new again after he got done cleaning it. Then he started on the carpet stains, he pre-treated and scrubbed the stains on his hands & knees - He did it he got the stains out. Then he proceeded to clean the rest of the carpet. He did a FABULOUS JOB 5 stars for Matt. We will be having him back in the summer to do the grout cleaning of our tile work. I highly recommend OKSR and make sure you ask for Matt.
